We stayed 5 nites in the suite #201 and it was
wonderful!
It’s layout and size actually felt like we were staying in a “home” instead of a hotel suite!!!
Staff is Accomodating, rooftop has a lovely sitting area and bar.
Location is excellent, in the center of Plaza Navonna.

After traveling to the London, Paris, Venice, and Florence this has been the best hotel we've stayed at!

Excellent experience. First time in Rome. Beautiful hotel, the bedroom was amazing, and it has a great location in the city. I totally recommend the hotel.

I was really happy with the hotel room, highlight is definitely the great mattress.
The junior suite was beautiful, not doubt; but it did not justify the price we paid (close de 240€ including taxes..)

We enjoyed the size of our junior suite, the bathtub and shower together option as well as the mattress very comfortable.
The rooftop very nice view of Rome houses.
They also have a nice ground floor bar / chilling area.
There is espresso machine in the room, which is a plus.
It's very close to Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori in a narrow pedestrian street which makes it quite.
Staff very polite and always available.
Improvement areas:
Rooms are not really sound proofing you can hear voices and steps above like they are in your room and overall tabs needs checking as water takes ages to go down after using basin, shower or bathtub.

The hotel staff was wonderful but the rest of the hotel was misrepresented from the websites. The room was very inefficient to use,
No elevator made moving luggage very difficult.
The room felt cavernous.
Overall is overrated for the value.
Better hotels nearby same price point.
Would not recommend.
Never received any correspondence confirming emails of our booking.

It's definetely not the posh design hotel it pretends to be. The "design" stuff is of poor quality, and much of it is really shabby beyond the "shabby look". The first room we had, had only one very small window, so it was dark and could not be aired. It smelled moldy and the bathroom was full of mold spots. Also, there was a humming sound from the fuse box. The staff couldn't offer another room for the first night. The other room was alright, but small (especially the shower hardly usable for a 192cm/6'3" person), still with mold spots, and noisy with thin walls.
Still, the hotel is nicely located, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is okay. If they weren't boosting expectations with pricing (and with advertising this as a 4* hotel, although not certified), this would be an average hotel.

Definitely a place that you don't expect between the the the ancient roman streets of the city centre. Service very friendly and prepared. Rooms very well appointed.

Clean and modern. Great location. Walking distance to Trevi di Fontana, Vatican, and Parthenon. Also very close to eateries, bus stop, convenience store for snacks and sandwiches and just around the corner from a public water fountain. The staff is amazingly friendly and will help you with any information or need you need. You won't regret staying here.

One of the most romantic boutique hotels we have experienced. Perfectly located in a quite cobble street. 3 minutes from Piazza Navona with stylist stores all around it so it was easy to rest few times a day. Room are very smartly renovated (they say two years ago) give a feeling is even more chic and romantic than photos. Our floor has only two rooms and it was totally quite. Our standard room has very high ceiling, beautiful windows, an amazing shower and a huge Roman bath standing on room corner in front of the window. Breakfast was included and good, wi-fi was free and stuff was knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely would stay here again on our next visit.
