Hotel Diplomatic in Rome

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, safe and sanitary, the breakfast is very good, the service is also good, I will stay here again next time.

The location is excellent, the room decoration is old, but the living is quite comfortable and the breakfast is simple.

There was nothing wrong with the room, it met the three-star standard, but I booked two rooms for four adults for two nights on Ctrip, but when I checked in, I was told that I had booked two rooms for two people, and I needed to pay 40 euros per night for a single person. So it would cost 1000+ per night for a room, which is definitely not cost-effective, it's too expensive

Very good, comfortable room with balcony, beautiful street view, quiet at night, 24-hour front desk, warm and friendly service, daily room cleaning, free luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, various breads, ham, cheese, etc. Will stay next time

As per any European hotel the room was quite basic, but VERY clean and comfortable enough. The location was brilliant, we managed to get everywhere we wanted by walking and it as very central to everything. Easy to navigate to and from. All the front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Window (at the fromt) offered a great view. The lift was very small and usually chose the stairs instead, except for when we had our luggage!
In the room there is a safe, no iron and the amenities do not include a conditioner so pack that if you usually use it! I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a good location, the facilities are relatively old, there are buses and places to eat downstairs, overall satisfactory

The Diplomatic Hotel is perfect, you get exactly what you pay for. We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel and every single day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The air conditioning was also great given the time of the year when we visited Rome. The location is also ideal for people who choose to walk to all the historic sites or to take the bus since there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel.

The hotel is really old, so the room layout is a bit strange, but the area is large. For such an old hotel, the sanitation is well maintained. I am very satisfied with this. So the stay experience is quite comfortable.

As an old hotel, the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage! Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach any attraction in Rome. The hotel is almost in the center of the three major attractions of the Vatican/Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery, which is an absolute advantage. If you are traveling to Rome, it is highly recommended!

The front desk staff are several uncles, very good, very enthusiastic, and basically responsive. Help with luggage when checking in, and help make an appointment for a motorcycle in advance when checking out (the same price as a taxi, and we booked a Mercedes-Benz E class)

The hotel includes breakfast, but it is relatively simple, cheese/ham/bread/fruit/coffee/yogurt/milk. That's basically it.

There are several restaurants downstairs in the hotel, including a special pizza shop with affordable prices and great taste... There was still a queue at the door at 11 pm, and almost all of them were locals, friends, couples, dates, etc. I highly recommend it. I think it's better than those popular online celebrity shops in scenic spots on some red books.
