Do not stay in this hotel mattress essentially was on the floor must have been a 50-year-old mattress was dirty hard shower was broken very small small bathroom very small small room not with the pictures indicate I do not recommend staying at this hotel ever I had three nights booked we stayed for one rebooked another hotel the following morning

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Facility was clean but kind of basic . Wi-Fi was poor. It was in a convenient location, close to the train station but the neighborhood was dirty.

Basic, functional accommodations near Termini
There are several hotels in the same building, the desk for check-in is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is on the fourth. There is a small lift in the building but there are some steps from the ground level before you reach it.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. Near termini station, and with a few restaurants and markets nearby. The check in and out was easy. A little confusion on my part, as I forgot my room was upstairs, and the office is just an office. Good stay for the price, and great for solo travellers.

Useless hotell, its smells skit in bathroom and it was moule in the roof. The shower has no warm Water. The rooms was very small, and The bed was dirty. The hotell is horrible, for your own, dont book this!!! Its just waste of your money. Dont do same misstake like me!

Overall, a negative experience, despite the good proximity to the city center. The room wasn't particularly clean; you could feel dust by running your hand over surfaces, and the bathroom was no better. The breakfast was adequate, but it met my needs. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly.

Avoid this hotel like the plague. No one at reception when we arrived, phoned and had to wait 20 mins for receptionist to arrive. Room was basic, not the cleanest. Several light switches didn't work. 1 bedside lamp was missing with bare wires on show Shower was cold and shower head wasn't fixed to holder as it was broken. Breakfast lady was pleasant and pointed out all the places to visit on a map and how to access the Metro but failed to mention that pickpockets were rife on there, my purse was stolen, had she said I would have taken extra care. Tea and coffee were supplied but there was only tiny plastic cups which were useless holding boiling water, definite health and safety issue.

Do not recommend.
The hotel is old, the shower was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was dripping in the room.
The breakfast tables were right outside the room door, creating a lot of noise.
There was never anyone at the front desk.
