Hotel Ferrari

Scam!
They take money for one room and then give you another one.
They claim to offer AC, but they do not.
Highly recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Disgusting, dirty. Toilets barely cleaned and bedding clearly had not been changed. Had to ask to change rooms. Only good thing is location. Guests were very loud at night in the corridors so hard to get sleep. Glad I only stayed here for one night.

I arrived late evening and was very tired. Reception allocated me a room different from what I booked, WITH A BROKEN DOOR AND NO AIR CONDITIONER. Clearly not only that was a violation to what I booked and paid, but also a health and safety threat. I asked the reception to change the room to the one I booked and paid. The reception initially refused but could not give a clear/sensible reason, despite booking.com showed the room I originally booked was still available at that night. More funnily, the reception told me that they were repairing the air conditioners for the building - there is no AC in that room at all!
The overall argument lasted for several minutes, and I think the reception eventually saw I was more serious than he speculated, he just changed his mouth and allocated me a proper room (with a proper door + AC, but no WIFI).
Frankly speaking, that was a scary situation and discrimination to customers. Imagine someone shy or bad in language, would be cheated for money, and live an unsafe room with heath and safety threat.
So please double think before you book. That happened to me and could happen again to anyone else who they could speculate to take advantage from.

- The staff have been weird and quiet.
- Some of the rooms had marks and prints on the walls.
- The atmosphere of the hotel felt eerie.
- It generally felt as if I was unsafe throughout the night (including my friends)
- If you can afford a 3 star hotel, I advise that you do so.
