Pros: close to the train station, that's all.
It occupies the top two floors of a building with other hotels.
We were put in a very dirty room of a different type with twin beds, near reception. They didn't want to change it, saying it was occupied. The next guests from China were put in the same room type I'd paid for 👎. It was very noisy all night because of the ringing intercom; I only slept for three hours. The hotel owner compensated for the inconvenience with two bottles of water, very generous. 🤣
They refused to cancel the reservation for the second night and changed the room; it was less noisy, but the cleanliness was the same, and it was very smoky.
The elevator is old and can sometimes be out of order; I had to carry my bags down the stairs myself when we checked out.

Hotel in a convenient location but rooms and bathrooms are ruined.

The location is spot on! It’s not far to walk to anywhere from this hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants around so easy to find a lovely evening meal.
The breakfast was simple but I enjoy that. There was fruit, eggs, pastries, bread, coffee and juice laid out each morning.
The room is very basic and small. I understand that the pictures online and the rooms can vary, but this was very different to what we thought we had booked online. The balcony is very small and just a simple view of the nearby roofs. But the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great nights sleep every night.
The reception staff were helpful with everything and gave us great advise about travelling around Rome.
This was a great place to stay if you’re only using to the room sleep.

A welcoming two-star hotel with friendly staff. Conveniently located near the city center and the train station. The only problem isn't the spartan rooms, which is acceptable for a two-star hotel, but rather the breakfast staff, who start shouting in the hallways before 7:00 a.m.

The location is very close to Termini train station, and the rooms and amenities are adequate. The staff is attentive.

The hotel is simple, but we already knew that, as it's a 2-star hotel. It's very close to Termini, in the central area of Rome. The breakfast was simple but well-served. The interior is simple but comfortable enough, and the air conditioning is automatic and there's no minibar.

Well-located, clean, comfortable hotel, great value for money, the only downside is that breakfast is served until 9:30 am.

A specific check-in time was arranged via email. Upon arriving at the location, the attendant was rude when explaining that he would not check in at the specific time. He wanted to charge another daily rate, for basically 12 hours, and he did not even let us stay on the premises until the time. We came back later to check in and he didn't even look at us or greet us. I thought it was completely disrespectful and careless on the hotel's part. We were customers, we had paid for the reservation, and then we felt bad about being there.

Very good location of the hotel. Strange attitude towards residents. The request for a glass of hot water was refused. On the day of departure, I had breakfast early, when asked about a boiled egg (it happened the previous day), the girl shrugged her shoulders and said that she would cook it later
