Great place. Worked well for my family. Close to everything you need.

The hygiene was acceptable, but the floor tiles had scratches and the shower in the bathroom was outdated, with a wobbly connecting rod. The water pressure was strong, but the shower door didn't close properly. The soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear the neighbors. The location was excellent, and the Western breakfast was standard, nothing special.

This isn't actually a hotel; they send you to a BNB-style accommodation, almost like a subdivided flat, two streets away. The air conditioning was broken, and the staff were incredibly rude. All Asian guests seem to be assigned to this annex (in just three days, I saw two groups of Korean girls next to me), which makes me strongly suspect discrimination. When I tried to talk to the staff about switching rooms, they just brushed us off with 'no availability' (even though we booked almost four months in advance). They claimed it was mentioned online that we might be assigned to an annex, but I couldn't find this information on any major platform, nor on the hotel's own website.
I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Don't choose it just because it's close to Rome's central station; there are plenty of other options nearby.

I stayed in the annex. The room was new and clean, but the shower drainage was poor. It didn't overflow, thankfully. There was no conditioner, so I had to buy some at a nearby supermarket. Since I didn't pass through the front desk when going out, I was a little concerned about security, but it was also nice not having to bother with anyone. Breakfast is in the main building, so I had to walk for about 2 minutes early in the morning. The variety was good. The staff were also friendly and nice people. They held my luggage after check-out, and though I couldn't quite understand if it was free or not, I think it was probably free.

The staff is very nice and friendly and they tried their best to help. Location is fantastic, near the Roma Termini station. Would be a bit noisy if you stay in the ground floor though.

The room was not clean the last 2 days even I had ask the reception. And he said yes someone will come to clean. When we back to hotel was not. Like the other review the proof sound is really bad. Overall I don’t like to to Rome again cause I don’t enjoy the city break here🫤

stayed for 2 nights! didn’t expect that our room would be in a different building which was a 2-3 min walk around the block. was clean and had bidet (which was important). few mins walk to the station
