A fantastic little hotel; We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. It is located about 3 minutes from the Termani train station, and then about 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum and other landmarks. Great links for trains / busses if you wish to travel on those. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the owners and house keeper are very pleasant and made us feel at home. - We will return!

We stayed at Petit Real for two nights; we found the room tidy and super clean. The B&B owner and the employee were incredibly kind and professional, going above and beyond their duties. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, safe, pillows, towels, and hangers in a closet. There's also a TV, a drying rack, and air conditioning. The location is excellent for exploring Rome; close to the city center and all the tourist attractions. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Rome.

Probably one of my worst experiences at a hotel.
We had a twin room booked, and midway through the first night, the AC stopped working (super hot summers). Next morning the shower barely released any water.
We asked for a different room since they couldn’t fix the AC. They gave us a king bed, and refused to switch to twin beds since they stopped work for the day. And said “change it yourself if you want to”. After yet another uncomfortable second night, they still didn’t change the beds for the third night. No kettle in the room either for basics like hot water.
The location is the only saving grace.

Noone showed up to let me in the hotel at the time mentioned on the booking (Saturday afternoon), and the refund request was declined. This is not how you should treat guests.

Was in this hotel in 2009. Located near the railway station Termini. The Cavour street is quite busy, so the window is not particularly open. Saving air conditioners. In my opinion a pretty good location: the Colosseum is a 10 min walk to Piazza Venezia square 15 minutes to the nearest metro station 5 min. the Hotel is very small (8 or 10 rooms). The rooms are in good condition, the service at quite a decent level. With the food all the more worse: the Breakfast is quite poor, coffee is quite tasteless. But the holiday is not marred, as all the time spent in the city, and not in the room. In General, a good hotel for real money.

excellent hotel, staff friendly and attentive. It is 5 minutes from Termini station and 15 minutes from the main sights of Rome. I would recommend this hotel and if here again it is here that I want to stay again. Excellent

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location (if you don't have a car). Prices are reasonable for the service that you receive and breakfast is simple and tasty.

Really cute hotel. Felt like staying at someones home. It was really clean and new inside. We were a little scared of the lift on the first day but soon got used to it. The lady who worked there was sooo helpful and kind! Not sure if she was the owner but she did go out her way to try to help. Breakfast was good. Coffee available all day. Really nice location 5 min walk to the station 12 mins walk to Colossium. Would 100% recommend this place!!!

Lovely little hotel within easy walking distance of the forum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Staff were great and made us very welcome
