It's a good place. And perfect location

The b&b was located very central. Bus stop and supermarket only 3 minutes away. The room had a personal bathroom and a small balcony. Airconditioning included.
Very good communication with the host. Any problemen were fixed within 15 minutes.

Location is amazing, walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Wonderful quiet building with lots of character and clean rooms.

Very helpful staff who handed us the keys. Nice neighbourhood very close to the St maria margiore and the termini. We didn't have any hot water problem that some other people are talking about but we could hear the noise from the hallway but wasn't too big of an issue. But recommend to book a room with ensuite bathroom cos it seems like some rooms don't have bathrooms ensuite.

Located in the city center, it took only 12-13 minutes for the three of us to walk from the train station with big suitcases on a hot day. You may not find it when you use Google Maps to navigate to an intersection. In fact, turn left from the intersection and there is a green iron gate. If the iron gate is locked, call the front desk there, and wait for someone to open the door (Rome is too hot). The front desk will lead you to the room. There is a very old small elevator, which is very fresh, but at most two people and two suitcases can stand in it at a time. Our room is on the third floor. Overall, the interior of the room is quite beyond expectations. It is very clean and has no odor. The window is open and the cross-hall breeze is very cool. Rome is very hot during the day in late May, but there is no need to turn on the air conditioner in the room. The front desk will give you a total of four keys. Just remember which one opens which door. City tax is only accepted in cash, 5 euros per person per day. There is a shared kitchen, which is also very clean. Don't order breakfast. A few breads will be delivered and hung on the door around 8:30 every morning, which is also very interesting🤭, but it is high We didn't eat the sugar and oil mixture. There are too many places to eat downstairs, small roadside restaurants are fine, or you can buy some small kitchens and make them yourself. In short, breakfast is completely unnecessary. Water is delivered to the room on the day of check-in, and there are yogurt drinks in the refrigerator, which are free. Someone cleans it every day afterwards, but there is no water replenishment. The bathroom is a little small, but it is completely ok if you are not particularly fat. The bath water is enough. The mattress of the single bed is more comfortable. The big bed is a little soft, but it is not the kind that you will fall into a pit when you sleep. The disadvantage is that it is very soundproof. We slept until we woke up naturally one day. Basically, we could hear the movement outside clearly from more than 8 o'clock. It's because of the building structure. There is no solution. Overall, this cost-effectiveness is still recommended. The location is convenient. It is a ten-minute walk from the Colosseum and no more than 20 minutes walk from the shopping area near the Trevi Fountain, about 1.4 kilometers, for reference~

Extremely safe because you will get 4 keys to enter and out. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Each day the staff cared about our state and had done almost all our requests. Recommend definitely.

Very good location, walking distance to the Colosseum, close to termini train station, walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe, the hygiene is very good, the kitchen can make your own coffee, it is also very quiet, luggage storage is free, in short, very recommended.
