Hotel with a good location but accommodation is really old.

It was ok for an overnight stay. No tea or coffee making facilities. Room & bathroom old & tired but price reflects this I suppose.

When we check at 2 am the receptionist was indifferent, sarcastic and gave me the incorrect room -- a tiny and inferior room very different to the one I booked on trip.com.
I was told due to my booking is set as one single person, the room I originally reserved was instead allocated instead to others, as it is a room with queen sized bed, meant for two person, even the price is the same.
Furthermore I was an charged extra fee of 30 euros per night, 90 in total, due to some 'unknown fee' as I had an accompanying friend -- I have to pay 90 euro extra for a room not even half the size to the one I originally reserved.
The only good thing would be breakfast, decent choice and taste, that's all.

Clean Room: The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated.
Negatives:
Hard Third Bed: The third bed in the room was a bit hard, possibly due to its age. It might be worth considering an upgrade or replacement.
Outside Food Policy: When I requested cutlery to eat some outside food, I was politely informed that eating outside food in the room was against hotel policy. While the staff handled this gracefully, it would have been helpful to have this policy highlighted at booking or check-in to avoid surprises.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the positives outweighed the negatives. If you're someone who prefers eating at the hotel's facilities, this is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, friendly service, and comfortable amenities.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. It was clean, comfortable, close to everything. The Metro was about 30 feet away from the hotel. There are many eating places nearby as well as for shopping and pharmacy items. Grocery stores are very close, only a few blocks away. Visiting all the attractions was so convenient (4 days of visiting beauty all around Rome)

The location of Hotel Napoleon was excellent. We were close to the Metro, bus stops,and within walking distance of some very excellent restaurants. The staff were very accommodating with getting taxis and private cars. They were also so helpful with directions. There is a park across from the hotel which was very pleasant to walk through. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Rome.
