Excellent position for a city break. Very clean. Staff very friendly and efficient, gives a familiar atmosphere. Room was little (no desk or tiny space to dress and prepare) but was OK for a city break of 2. Everything necessary was available.

Good location for sightseeing, clean and friendly staff. Very helpful staff.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome. It’s conveniently located near the central station, which makes getting around the city super easy—whether you're using the metro or one of the sightseeing buses to explore all the major attractions. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, secure, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it's reassuring to know that reception is manned 24/7. The continental breakfast was a lovely start to each day, with freshly baked croissants, breads, and cakes on offer. There’s also a beautiful rooftop terrace that’s perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Great value, excellent service, and an ideal base for exploring the city.

The beds were terrible. They were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a place close to the metro.

Our hallway was starting renovations at 8am It was too early for me. There was a smell of paint in the hallway and in the room. At the reception they told me that well it was urgent work to be done. The price of the hotel was not affected by the repair work. And their tea costs like the best coffee in the cafe.

Got to the hotel around 10pm at night and had to wait for around 15 minutes until someone come from a back room to check in as reception was unmanned. Rooms are tiny, bed practically next to the door. Only good thing was that the key to the safe was in the room so didn’t have to ask for it. Bathroom okay size but overall quite dated. Breakfast was the same everyday, continental style - nicest thing were the pastries available. Had little to no sleep as we were given a room that looked out onto the front of the hotel - heard cars going past at all hours and beeping, people chatting outside hotel and what seemed to be a delivery van at 6am making a lot of noise too. Heard other hotel guests going in and out of their rooms and could hear them talking through the walls. Also every time someone left the hotel the door would bang shut which we were right above. Maybe if we were given a room at the back of the hotel it would have been different but those rooms are anxiously in regular use so have to deal with the same issues. We checked out early in the morning and needed a taxi, again no one was behind the reception desk. We waited and dinged the bell and no one came. Then we heard snoring and looked into the room next to reception and there was a man asleep on the sofa. We woke him and got a cab within 5 min, €40 to the airport which was quite fair although we got there really early as he drove really fast. Colosseum about 15 minutes walk from hotel, quite a rough area and limited shops/restaurants around the hotel. Metro station close although we walked everywhere so didn’t use. Crossing the roads are a nightmare as cars still seem to go even when you’re crossing at what appears to be a zebra crossing or if the lights are on red! We walked to most tourist attractions on our first day (we were there for 3 nights, 2 days) and then booked the coliseum on the second day. We were in there for less than an hour then struggled to find anything else to do other than find somewhere to have a drink. Recommend going to see the Trevi fountain later on in the day, preferably at night when it’s lit up, as we went early in the morning and it was closed as they were cleaning it. We went back the next night and it was open although you have to queue up to get close to it. Recommend trying a cannoli and the rice balls when out and about. Overall it was a tick off of a bucket list thing but we certainly won’t be going back to Rome anytime soon. Considering it is a very tourist destination we found the locals to be quite rude.

In the booking it said we would have a belcony which we didn’t . Also the room gets really hot so we had to have the window open even in the winter time. The people working there was nice. And the upstairs balcony was beautiful.

Classic hotel nothing fancy, breakfast was good and included in the price. Close to transportation. The room was clean which is important for us. It was a decent hotel for the price we paid.

Wrong room, bad food, and MOLD
We have been in Italy for 10 days, staying in hotels from Venice to Rome and this was without a doubt the worst hotel we’ve stayed in yet.
First, they gave us a key for a balcony room and told us we had a balcony, I told them I did not pay for a balcony but they gave it to us anyways. Later when leaving for dinner, we were stopped and told that they mixed up our name with another’s and we need to leave the balcony room because we did not pay for it, which I had already told this employee yet he gave it to us anyways. We did not car about losing the balcony but we’re more frustrated because we chose to stay in Rome 3 nights so we would be able to settle in a little more then a previously and making us move completely defeated that. The best part was, no one was actually in the room because they tried to upsell us on paying extra to no have to move, so I think there wasn’t a mistake, just something they do to try and get people to upgrade.
Luckily I got the breakfast included because it is NOT worth paying for, can easily get a significantly better breakfast for €10 literally anywhere else. Only options were “American coffee”, hard boiled eggs, and bread.
Lastly, our room (402) had an INSANE amount of mold under the window!! I forgot to take a picture as I tried to forget that it was there because I was too tired to move again.
0/10, would not recommend to anyone! Find somewhere better for your money.

The hotel isn’t fancy but is close to the metro, quiet at night and we found it comfortable. All of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly, especially Alessandro. Breakfast was simple but certainly adequate. The price, for Rome, was fair. Overall, we found it a good choice for four nights when all we needed was a comfortable bed at the end of busy days.
