Very nice hotel located in central Rome about 10-15 minutes walk from Trevi fountain Hotel is small and part of another building but rooms were average size and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned each day. Was no noise at night as it is set back from the street. Would definitely recommend to couples, friends, business etc not really for families.

Well located comfy pension
Well located pension style hotel. Very close to metro stop and main train station, and many of the major sites to see in Roma!

Small rooms, but comfortable and clean.

Note no full-time check-in staff (although staff are very friendly and helpful), so if arriving late have to co-ordinate.

Note also there is only coffee in common area - no food / breakfast / snacks as pictures on site suggest. Raised with owners who are working to correct info on various booking sites. Plenty of places to get food in the area though.

Excellent
Our time at Magnifico Rome was fantastic! The triple room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to Shafiq for his helpfulness. The hotel's proximity to the metro station and Trevi Fountain made exploring Rome a breeze. Plus, the convenience of luggage storage on our last day was a lifesaver. Definitely worth every penny! Can't wait to return.

I booked a one-night stay primarily because the hotel is very close to the train station. The accommodations are simple but certainly adequate and the price is good. The only caveat is that this (like a number of hotels these days) consists of a number of rooms in a large building whose facilities serve other interests. This creates some logistical challenges when you arrive, especially in the evening. The person on staff, Chaffee, was extremely helpful. It seems the trade-off is that the management can charge a bit less because they are not maintaining an entire building. That said, the room was very clean and the location very central.

Location is very close to the centre , walking distance to major attractions , manager practically never there , only expresso machine, no jug even in the foyer, forget about room. The rooms need to be upgraded, very small out of date as well as bathroom facility. In the bathroom and as well as in the room not enough surface area to put your personal belongings.

Small out of the way place. The gentleman who worked there was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Including taking us to the airport at 4am. Highly recommend this place.

24 hour onsite staff not available
Only one person does registration and housekeeping. No 24x7, so if you are planning to leave bags, you are taking a big risk as the keypad codes through the several gets to get to the property don't always work. And if you have a foreign SIM card, you may not be able to reach anyone for help. Overall quality of the rooms not commensurate with the room rate. I stayed at a nearby hotel on subsequent dates that were cheaper with 24x7 staff and much better room quality.

Location is great ! Everything is a walking distance! The reception looks all nice and new However the rooms are old.
Also the main dishes we had weren’t to our taste.

The room was awful. The air conditioner will make noise throughout the whole entire night. I barely slept. The condition over all of the room wasn’t the best. It was in a great location. They make the hotel seem nice but once you check in the rooms are definitely not in the best condition. The bed was comfortable but the aesthetic of the room was very old fashion like back in the 90s. I didn’t have a problem with staff. I wish we had a better night stay. The only window we had in our room was a window view of some stairs.

Amazing hotel. Very central in Rome. Staff were absolutely excellent. Warm welcome. Room was gleaming top to bottom. Hotel decor was class. Very tasty buffet breakfast each morning. Wide selection of cuisine to satisfy everyone's tastebuds. A huge thank you to all here for a memorable visit.

The hotel is pretty much 5* only on the amount charged in the property taxes.

The main pros are the great location, assuming you will use public transportation, and the breakfast is pretty good.

The rooms look extremely nice at a first sight but as soon as you get settled in you realize things don't work well. The shower was broken and the AC was malfunctioning in my room. The wifi was terrible and would just not work at all even tho I was here on the low season. Things I would expect of a budget hotel but definitely not a 5* infrastructure.

I complained about the wifi because I needed to take an important call but the reception person only got rid of me saying they would check with the maintenance person the next morning and it didn't get better at all.

Omg, simply what? what is this place? 5 stars and I am laughing out loud🤣 room without windows and staff at the reception are beyond rude. Highly discourage you to waste your money at this place. I cannot believe I have not read the reviews before. You cannot even breathe at the room without turning the AC at 17 degrees when it is 9 outside. Could not sleep well and had the worst experience ever. Please do not come to this place at all.
