Location is perfect.

Very friendly service. The receptionists were always helpful. The room was nice and clean, with no complaints. The street next door is quite busy, but you can't hear anything at night. It's very peaceful and quiet. Easy access and a good location, close to the Borghese Gallery and a beautiful park.

The second stay at this hotel. Everything is alright. The hotel is in a very nice and quiet district. The personnel is polite and friendly. You can ask for coffee, water, some alcohol and other options (for not big money). Finally, it is a great experience.

Lightning protection! ! ! The worst three-star hotel is not like a hotel at all, like a B&B with very poor conditions. There were bed bugs on the bed. I was bitten several times in one night. The packs have not disappeared after four or five days. The room is not soundproofed and will be woken up at 6 am by the alarm clock in the next room. Downstairs is a bar, and it gets very noisy in the middle of the night. Because I had only stayed for a few hours and wanted to negotiate a check-out, the front desk disagreed and insisted that the room was fine. In the end, I would rather lose more than two thousand and couldn't stay. Regret not opening the reviews on google maps with a bunch of bedbugs.

One of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised concerns about the unclean rooms (especially the dirty bed), she outright denied the issue and refused to assist. The actual hotel condition is far worse than the advertised photos—think stained linens and questionable hygiene.

If you don’t mind rolling the dice with bed bugs or indifferent service, go ahead and book.

When I went to the hotel, I was a little surprised, because they turned one floor of the apartment into a hotel, I have never seen such a "hotel". I stayed in a double room, the room was big enough, clean, there was no noise because it faced the back. My room was cleaned daily, the person working at the reception was very friendly and helpful in every way. You can go to touristic places by bus, you can also walk for about 20-25 minutes. I recommend it, as someone who goes to Rome every year, it was nice to stay in these parts of Rome. Finally, Termini station is very close by bus, and it is 20 minutes walking distance.

Such a fabulous hotel! Natalia was unbelievably helpful, allowing us to upgrade with minimal cost to a private bathroom and check in 3 hours early. The bus is down the road and takes you to major attractions in less than 20 minutes. The room was awesome. I definitely would recommend
