They are the biggest thief I've ever seen in my life.. They are rude and cheater. Don't fall into the trap of booking room from that place. Do not ever think to get close to them. I did, now I regret. Be careful. I am planing to sue them for the money they stole from me.

I am a traveler and I can certainly say that this is the worst hostel where I have ever being. After I reserved the room and I said when I was getting there they left me in the door for one hour at one o'clock in the night in such neighborhood. The woman who spoke to me didn´t speak any English so I had to try with my basic Italian and she seemed to be pissed cause I came late. When I checked my credit-car balance they changed from me 25€ I don´t know why and nobody answered to why. Worst Hostel Ever!!

Bathroom and towels were dirty. The hostess didn't speak English and didn't clean the room even once for 4 nights. She didn't gave us a breakfeast, although it was included in the price. The guest house is near the metro and the tram, that's why we felt earthquakes everytime when they passed by. The neighbourhood is scary. The experience was really unpleasant.
