The staff are really nice. The food is great and all delicious. The 3 course
Meal we have is excellent. The breakfast buffet is really good and the servers are really accommodating. The problem is the receptionist who screamed at us and us to go home and they he will call the police on us. We are on a pilgrimage tour and we are staying for 2 nights. He wanted us to leave the keycards in the first day and when we said we will be back and is staying for another night, he just started shouting.

I had a great stay at the Garner Hotel! The room was clean, comfy, and modern, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from Cornelia Station (around 15–20 minutes by train to Termini). Daniele, Evan, Valerio, and the breakfast staff were all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they really made me feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

No the best location for seeing Rome, but an easy, 15 min walk from the train. Service was the best part of this stay. The room was strange… seemed upgraded, but the walls were paper thin, the light switches were everywhere, a few of them didnt seem to work anything. Bed was stiff. No microwave. Mini fridge had someones water in it, and two small things of butter. I couldnt say for sure that the sheets had been changed from the previous guest. The bathroom was an odd layout… no hooks for towels.. and the towel rack was in the shower.

Lovely hotel, beautiful clean room, nice breakfast, lots of choice, friendly helpful staff. Near a bus stop for the 246 247 to get to Cornelia or Angelo Emo areas then all the sights are within a decent walk

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately the management is poor, especially at the front desk. This position is very important to the guest, the first impression of the hotel begins there. First, contrary to the norm, even though my arrival was guaranteed by credit card, the hotel charged me two weeks in advance for the first night. The receptionist told me at check-in that because I am a Diamond member, he had upgraded my room. I arrived in a small room with no room to put 2 suitcases. I asked the receptionist if there was a larger room, he said the hotel was full. A little investigation with various employees revealed that the hotel was half empty. When I asked another receptionist who came to replace the previous one, why he didn't give me the upgrade I deserved, he ignored me. I think that such employees cause enormous damage to the hotel and the other loyal employees. The employees in the restaurant, in the bar, in cleaning the rooms are very good, they are an asset to the hotel. That's why I gave the hotel 3 stars, one for the receptionists, five for the other employees, the average, three stars

I needed a hotel while waiting to go to the conference that was going to be held nearby the next day. Considering the 3 stars, it turned out to be a good choice and also offered a better service than the 4 stars where the conference was held. Recommended, also for being far from the hustle and bustle of the center, easily reachable by taxi, bus and metro.

The hotel is modern and bright and clean. It is not located in the center of Rome. It costs about 50 euros to take a taxi to the airport. It is close to the Vatican.
The hotel is on the street, so it is noisy when the windows are open, but it is OK when the windows are closed.
There is no subway station nearby, but there is a bus stop and a restaurant across the street
