I had a wonderful stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel. The property is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area of Rome, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the tasteful decoration of the rooms and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Considering the quality of the services and the atmosphere of the place, the price/value ratio is excellent. I highly recommend the Palm Gallery Hotel to anyone looking for a charming and peaceful stay in Rome

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) visiting Rome on vacation. Rome is so vast that it was hard to choose a "perfect" location where to stay. We ended up choosing the Palm Gallery since it seemed like a nice small hotel and still convenient enough to everything. Key thoughts: 1) Location -- In a very quiet residential neighborhood with some very nice restaurants within walking distance. This is not a tourist area, which is great to get a more authentic feel for the city, to enjoy "real" Italian restaurants, etc. For travelling during the day, we initially arrived using the metro and that was quite a bit of a walk. But using the buses was very convenient as there were main bus stops just a few minutes away and the buses were easy to take to get to main attractions like the Colosseum, the Vatican, etc. 2) Food - Breakfast was served on the terrace. The hotel strongly appreciates knowing what time you will dine at. This caused us some issues when we forgot to tell them the day before when we would show up, so they seemed surprised when we should up early for breakfast. This is a small operation and not some corporate run kitchen. 3) The room (large panoramic) served our needs well -- 3 beds + a desk. 4) The kids loved having an outdoor pool. Such a rare treasure to get in the city. Would we stay again? Maybe. The neighborhood was great. The pool was unique to have. The location is a bit out of the way.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful! The property is far from the main attractions in Ancient Rome, but not a bad taxi ride away. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe with some really nice restaurants within walking distance.

This is a premium hotel
A nice cozy boutique hotel in a quiet area. When we arrived, we were met by the most lovely host, who provided personal service, a complimentary drink and great information about where to eat in the area.
I cannot recommend this place enough and will stay here again, if I return to Rome.

We had a great two-night stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel. The atmosphere was homey, the room comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast tasty. The pool and sun deck out back were a treat. But what we appreciated most was the hospitality. Daniel and Lorenzo were both very welcoming and concerned that all our needs were met. Daniel also arranged a shuttle for us to the airport at an ungodly hour that worked out beautifully with driver Davide, who showed up half an hour early, which we appreciated. Whenever we're back in Rome, we'll stay there again!

Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Pleasant room with aircon. Hotel is in a residential area, so is quiet, but good transport links nearby. Nice restaurants locally, as well as supermarkets. This property has a lot of steps (up to front door, pool) so a challenge if mobility is poor. Room needs a set of drawers. Bed was really comfortable and we slept very well.

Had an amazing experience over there and the staff there are amazing. The hotel has the best service out there and amenities in Rome.

I regret booking this hotel. I had initially booked in May and thought I had cancelled, but I never received any reminder emails leading up to my stay—unlike every other hotel I stayed at in Italy and London on this trip, and unlike what I’ve experienced in decades of travel. The only communication I received was an email on the evening of check-in asking what time I would be arriving. That was the moment I discovered my cancellation hadn’t gone through. By then, it was too late, and I wasn’t allowed to cancel because of the 15-day policy. Although my limited interactions with the staff were pleasant, the experience itself was frustrating and disappointing. My niece ended up staying there for two of the three nights we had booked, but she couldn’t sleep because the guest in the next room snored so loudly it kept her up at night. Had our whole family of four stayed there as originally planned, it would have made for a very unhappy trip. The pool is the feature the hotel seems to advertise most, but it was not enjoyable. While the space was quiet and private, the water was very cold, and both hot tubs were out of order. The location is also inconvenient—there are some restaurants within walking distance, but it is quite far from the main tourist attractions. We booked the Oasis Room, which I understand is one of the nicer rooms, but it would have been extremely uncomfortable for a family of four. For a property that advertises itself as family-friendly, this was disappointing. Most people’s trip to Rome is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I would not recommend spending it here unless having a weird tiny kitchenette is essential for you.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel. It was the first stop on our three-week family trip from Rome to Sicily, and it turned out to be one of the best places we stayed. Temi made our visit unforgettable with his warm welcome, friendly smile, and genuine kindness. Daniel was equally fantastic, open, friendly, and attentive. In fact, every member of staff we met was wonderful. The hotel has a relaxed, boutique feel, think Morocco meets Bali. We arrived early and were greeted with a refreshing drink and plenty of tips for exploring the area. Our son, Stan, enjoyed chatting with Temi so much that he’s still talking about him now! The décor is stylish, and the pool area was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after exploring Rome’s hot streets. Even when the hotel was full, it never felt crowded. We truly loved it here and will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a perfect start to our trip—you were our No. 1 stay in Italy!

The room was very nice, the service was excellent, there were staff to help carry the luggage upstairs as there was no elevator. There is a park nearby with a comfortable and leisurely environment. It is very close to the bus and tram stops, but a little far from the subway station. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also available and needs to be booked one day in advance.
