Coronari Palace in Rome

No hot water, Breakfast was stale and cold. Room smelled musty. Only redeeming feature was location but definitely not worth the money. Look elsewhere

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review. Our family has stayed at this hotel multiple times without any issues, but this time was different. We had a cruise booked in 2020 and we were going to stay at this hotel a couple days before we embarked. That cruise was cancelled. We rebooked our cruise for this year and were able to rebook our room at this hotel also. Again, it got cancelled. We rebooked the cruise for next year, and tried to rebook at this hotel again. This time our room we had reserved (the most expensive room they have because we wanted a nice outdoor terrace) was already booked. They offered us a lesser room, but at the same price that we paid for their most expensive room. We politely asked instead for a refund, but they said it was non-refundable. We are now staying at a different hotel, and they still have our money unfortunately.
