We called their manager to cancel our stay, and their attitude was incredibly awful, even threatening. They said there would be no refund and that we couldn't leave the hotel without paying! It was outrageous. We were so scared that we immediately decided to rebook.
In the end, the hotel didn't refund a single cent. The platform directly refused to refund us. TripAdvisor only refunded us £100. It was a huge loss. Friends, don't book with this hotel!
