The hotel is located in a very inconvenient area, and the lift is so small that it’s difficult to fit even one person comfortably, let alone a family. It’s not family-friendly at all, and frankly felt like a waste of money. The receptionist was unavailable after we checked in, so we couldn’t get assistance when we had questions about the air conditioning. Our room was on the fourth floor, which was extremely congested and unpleasant. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for families.

Was asked to pay the accommodation tax but no receipt given. Suspect unregistered stay. You have to give accurate time of arrival because there is no manned reception and no one responds to the door buzzer. Room was clean and small. Lot of noise in corridor and the street.

We booked this hotel last minute and were incredibly happy with it. The location alone was perfect with access to the trains, metro and buses. We would have had to taxi across town with our first hotel. It’s clean and the staff are great. I know I am getting this wrong but Maman (spelling) was incredibly polite and friendly. It has the world’s smallest elevator and I saw a few on my trip. Don’t go there is you are going to moan about it. At least it has one. We loved it.

We went to Roma for few days and we were staying in Hotel Fenicia. First the place has a really good location, closed to the termini station were all the bus are going from.

Plus the person working there are so nice. They were coming to clean the room every day and they were giveng us bottle of water everyday too.

The only thing was the smell for the bathroom in the morning but except this, everything was good.

The clim was one and good and we were even able to leave our bag to them during our last day in Roma.

We got robbed in Rome: IDs, bank cards, etc. The following day we had to check out from our hotel by 10am. We asked to stay for an extra hour or two as we had to call and write banks, block various accounts, etc. Cleaning was normally done only around 12. The receptionist categorically refused and said we had to pay a fee if we stayed over 10am. We are very experienced travellers, but it has not yet happened to us that someone would treat us with such crudity, especially in a situation like this one, after being assaulted and robbed.

Besides, the hotel falsely advertises "free airport taxi" (there was none). Once we were given a dirty (poorly washed) towel and the receptionist was reluctant to replace it. Otherwise the rooms are reasonably clean. The location is the hotel's main advantage, but also the place is very noisy at night.

Great location, strong ac, friendly staff, cozy and comfortable. Clean towels, complementary bottles of water every day, good wifi signal .
Very closed to Termini station and good options of affordable restaurants and supermarkets (Tiger and Conrad) near by .
Be careful with room you booked. I'm a large person (270lb) and couldn't fit in the shower box .
Fortunately it has another room to upgrade. The lift is big enough for a luggage and one person .

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
We had booked and paid 12hrs before we were supposed to check in they just emailed us to inform that our booking has been cancelled. They were rude when we asked why, There excuse was that the government has shut them down, but when we check they are still taking bookings for later dates. We haven't received any money back yet. Don't get conned like us.

They cancelled our stay THE NIGHT BEFORE we were supposed to arrive at midnight. When I asked questions why they didn't even answer me and I spent the entire night on the phone with booking to find me an accomodation because we were arriving the next day at 1.

They said to me it was closed because of een police investigation, to booking they said because they overbooked even though I booked two months in advance.

I still can't believe this happened, don't be me and don't book here.

Booked via booking.com and was very pleased. Overall, it is a great value for being so centrally located. Quick walk to the train, metro, some attractions, and even yellowbar, which is a blast by the way. Staff were very helpful when I decided on a whim to stay an extra day. Overall great value. Basic room is small buy the bed was comfy and had great water pressure in the shower. The next tier up double room was larger and more comfortable, but honestly more than needed for a single person. Overall would stay again.
