Dangerous shower leak over the electrical appliances and power outlets and no hot water available during my stay. I tried desperately to get in contact after my early check out and was promised I would be contacted by the owners to discuss refund/compensation options but all subsequent calls and emails were ignored. Be very cautious booking accommodation here.

I had received confirmation for the reservation and everything seemed fine, but that same morning I was informed that the room was no longer available due to an unspecified "problem." I was left in Rome without any support, alternatives, or concrete assistance. This was truly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward travelers who rely on a hotel. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Bad hotel
There was no hot water, and in October that's essential. The sheets were dirty and they didn't clean the room. The breakfast was terrible, and the only redeeming feature was the gentleman at reception, who was very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great hotel for short stay in Rome
The room had air conditioning which was great as the weather was very hot. The room's bed was nice and big, had a mini fridge, a TV, big wardrobe and bathroom with bath and shower. Very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was great as Termini is less than 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants also close by. Breakfast was simple but tasty, especially fresh cakes and cornettos.

The hotel room was good, however the area around was a bit dirty and too crowded.
The property stairs were also kind of dirty, and we took them quite often due to the only elevator in the hotel.

Great, very compatible with its price as it is a 3 star hotel. Very well located, in a hotel area like NH, with metro, train and bus stations nearby. Everything great and attentive owners! I loved

Small, but pretty and clean room and bathroom. Felt very secure with several locked doors. Good pillows, nice bedlinen, but no duvet. Only a blanket in the cupboard. Good towels, nice hot shower and pleasant soaps. Hairdryer. Quiet location near Roma Termini. Very small but efficient elevator. The hotel shares the building with a multitude of other hotel names, which is a bit confusing. Pleasant and friendly staff. I did not try the breakfast.

No space for breakfast. You need to eat on your bed. Smal room dirty sheets. Dirty bathroom with mould on the curtains. Weak water pressure. Broken shower.

We didn't manage to be their guest, our flight was delayed, because of bad weather. We tried to talk with reception and to solve this uneasant situation, but unfortunately we spoke with 2 different people, who gave us 2 totally different answers to our request to change the date of our reservation. Very bad English, very hard communication, absolutely unprofessional behaviuor.
I woulden't recommend this place and I wouldn't pay in advance any more.
I would advice the manager of this hotel to pay attention to his employees, to check their work and to insist to be polite in front of the cusromers even if they need to refuse a request, they need to be polite!
Anyway we will fly to Rome, but will never book this hotel again.
