Rubino Guest House in Rome

I wasn't planning on writing a review, since I am a business man myself. But the Italians crossed the line.
We had an emergency, one of my family members got lost and lost its belongings but remembered the way back to the hotel. We were looking elsewhere, when she finally got to the hotel, asking the reception for help to call us, to inform us. They didn't help at all. They said "this is a private phone".
Moreover a small, expensive, old hotel. With sheets for towels and the owner screaming at every client (another case).

Horrible! Nasty! A friend who stayed here the last night of a visit to Rome, since he needed to get to the airport very early, reserved and checked into the Hotel Planet, in the same building, but they actually put him into Hotel Rubino on another floor, which they obviously own. He woke up to his body being COVERED in BED BUG sores! When looking at older reviews, I find more of this. This is not just uncleanliness; this is beyond nasty and they should be shut down by health authorities. I intend to find out how to report them and do so. They obviously care so much for money and so little for human beings that they consciously allow bed bug infestations to fester, then put tourists who are only staying one night into these rooms assuming it won't matter if they complain. Absolutely unacceptable. If I am required to give even one star, it is way too much. I would give minus 4 stars if possible.
