The building smelled amazing. We got a big, bright, clean, and beautiful room. Miss Lisa was so kind and personable; she made sure we got our breakfast every morning and she made the best cappuccino. Communication with management was simple and overall a lovely stay.

I stayed for just two days in December for work. The location is excellent, the room was very cozy, well-furnished, and well-maintained, with a lovely marble table where I could comfortably work on my computer. The large, bright window overlooked the quiet internal courtyard with a lovely view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the heating was perfect, and breakfast in the room was delightful. A charming little common room with tea, coffee, water, fruit, and some sweets is always available to guests. Francesca, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The bathrooms don't have bidets, but there are showers. Recommendations: the restroom cleaners could use a little more attention. Excellent stay, definitely worth repeating!

I stayed two nights in one of the hotel rooms, which seemed pleasant; I found myself in a rather small and unclean room, with no hot water. Despite my complaints, since we couldn't shower, the problem wasn't resolved.

They should stop providing breakfast it is horrible and quality went bad day by day. Host does her own thing and doesn’t listen. Checkout time was 11.00 we were kicked out at 10.30.

Traditional stay in a quieter area of Rome
We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed our stay. We primarily came for the European Athletics Championships at the Stadio Olimpico and it took us about a 25 minute walk although there are lots of buses from here too and to the city centre. So good transport nearby. The accommodation was traditional and elegant. The breakfast was adequate but basic but hot drinks available self service in the breakfast room. The rooms are double glazed and have air conditioning so not noisy as our fellow guests were considerate. The area is residential and mainly quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the leafy courtyard. We had a bathroom plumbing issue that was resolved quickly.

Terrible. The rooms are nice but definitely too noisy. Cleanliness is poor. We stayed two nights, but they never cleaned them, they didn't even make the bed. Breakfast was poor and of poor quality; by "white bread," they meant a slightly warmed but limp slice of Mulino Bianco bread. The only positive is the convenient location for both the city center and the Foro Italico.

The place is ok and clean but a bit worn down.
There is no personal service. Everything is done online.
One room had a shower with warm water but no light in the shower. Another room had a bathtub but not warm water.
Some curtains were missing, toiletseats needed replacing, and several light bulbs didn't work.

Fantastic room. Simple breakfast made to order and brought to your room in the morning. Plenty of space. Modern look. Great neighborhood.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway station and bus station, very good for travel. The room is very clean and can be cleaned every day. Bath towels are changed every three days. If you change them every day, you need to pay extra. Breakfast is included in the room fee. Breakfast is provided every day from 8:00 every day, but you need to put the order information at the front desk before 6:00 the night before. There are also restaurants around the hotel. It is also very convenient to eat. In short, I think this hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended. There is an elevator, which is very good without having to climb stairs. There is also a small balcony in the room, which I like very much.
