Every night, we were unable to open our room door with the key card. We had to go back to reception repeatedly to get assistance. Despite informing the staff about this issue several times, the problem was never properly resolved.

On top of that, it was impossible to reach the hotel by phone when we needed help, leaving us locked out of our room late at night.

The room was also not clean upon arrival.

This was a very frustrating experience. I would definitely not prefer to stay here again.

We checked in to the hotel after 3pm as told. When we went to our room the beds were unmade, wet towels lying around the room, food on the floor, the bin was overflowing and my son's room was the same. We went to reception, there was no-one was there, so we called the number on the reception desk. We were told they would get someone to clean it as soon as possible. We did not get back into the room until after 5.30pm. We stayed for 3 nights and on the morning of our departure someone knocked on our door at 10.10am to ask us to vacate the room. I feel that the service was very poor. No-one even bothered to apologise for us having to hang around for over 2 hours on the day we checked in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, great location. Restaurants and transportation right outside. Convenient for all tourist activities. Rooms very comfortable, great breakfast. Staff was great, service was great. Try the hop on hop off bus for seeing the city and getting your bearings.

The location was fantastic! It is right by the street for shops, walking distance to a handful of sights, heaps of restaurants around, a great grocery store 2 min walk away, metro a min walk away. Free refill of filtered water behind reception with a little coffee/tea station. We had a view if Piazza Baberini which was great. Bed was comfy and the bathroom met my needs. The staff were fantastic with Simone at check in and Claudio who helped during late hours in the evening with an emergency! Not a fan of the breakfast by the cafe across the road due to inconsistency and oily. Not a fan of the foam for hair and body wash, perhaps a gel could be better. A coat of paint for the room would be good.

Currently staying here and I recently lost my phone which the lovely Cristina who was working in reception helped me find and went out of her way to ring taxis and help me with the language barrier credit to your team

Very nice Bed & Breakfast very well located near bars and restaurants. The people at reception are very nice and can be contacted at any time via WhatsApp should you need anything. Highly recommended.

I was worried because there were no Korean reviews, but for the price, the room and bathroom were clean. It was close to Termini and close to the Trevi Fountain, so the location was good and the staff were friendly.

Awesome location at a good price, betty nice room, betty friendly staff. Windows are good at keeping the noise out, air conditioned.
Minus: noisy with the Windows open, three flights of stairs
