The property is a good location for the Vatican. Limited hours for reception creates problems. Peeling paint in bath, door cover handle that fell off and old, worn sheets on the bed left bad impression. This is not a B&B—paying additional 5 euros for breakfast is ridiculous.

Hotel arranging private transportation to the airport worked very well.

I liked that it was close to a lot of restaurants and the vatican. I also liked that breakfast was included although on our last day, we had to go look for another place as the breakfast place wasn't open even though it was almost 7.30 and they are supposed to open at 7.
The place is a little run down, but the property manager was very attentive. Happy that it had good AC, mini fridge and hot water kettle.

Small but comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is excellent, practically in the center, just steps from St. Peter's Square and the Metro A stop. Mr. Massimiliano was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Excellent value for money.

Our staff went to great effort to make sure our stay went smoothly - from an early check-in to a very clean and appropriately supplied room, to astute advice to prebook our departure bus to the airport and clear map details about the Prati bus location. Our location made touring Old Rome and the Vatican easy, whether walking or using urban transit.

The home-stay has a good location, situated at 5 min walk from Vatican and you can find easily many restaurants and and cafes nearby. Room is spacious and fit for purpose, with basic furniture, with a decent bathroom, host very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, served at a nearby cafe, is frugal - a croissant & cafe.

Excellent location near the Vatican and the metro station. Clean and spacious room, easily accessible bathroom. Friendly and helpful manager. Average price for this type of property. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

Great place to stay. I stayed there for 6 nights. It is very close to the metro station Ottaviano (about 3 minutes walking) and its also very close to the Piazza San Pietro (10-15 minutes walking). The Vatican museum is just five minutes walking. Very close to this you can find anything you will need during your vacations. Very clean and quite place. Wi-Fi and hot water were always available. Finally the landlord was very polite and helpful!

The location is fantastic (3 min from the Vatican on foot and 3 min walk from the Ottaviano). Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room is full. The room is much larger than the usual hotels (even 4 stars). Experience to be repeated, and if summarized, in Rome going back for sure!
