The location of the hotel for good as it was close the the Roma train station and local restaurants and attractions such as Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Disappointingly we had a with the shower that was not able to be fixed and the bar fridge was not working that we asked to be fixed on 2 occasions.
Everything else was fine.

This hotel is very old, Bad experience, room is small & very darks.

Although hotel was at good location but the room they provided was very small . Despite of our request …the manager was so rude that he didn’t even put in efforts to satisfy our needs neither he bothered to provide us another room .
Also they are very rigid for late check outs irrespective of vacant rooms .

Overall okay. It's just that in our one room (quad room) it wasn't time to check out yet but the linen, towels and so on had already been cleaned or taken out. This means entering a room without permission.

The guy and grandpa at the front desk were really nice. They could help print paper tickets for free. Although there was a problem with the mailbox, which took a long time to transfer the file, the guy was very patient and thought of various ways to print tickets for us.

Convenient location, clean beds. Except that there was mold on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom :(

The toilet button was broken and a small amount of water was constantly flowing. As a result, I had a hard time using the toilet. I can't recommend it highly enough. However, I think the access is very good.

The location ***et is good. 3-5 minutes walking distance to Roma Termini. 20 minutes walking distance to the Colosseum. The employees seem interested when you have work to do. The first room they gave us was very bad. Not in the sense of cleanliness. The room is a coal shed-like room in the basement (316). We changed it the next day. The facilities are limited and everything is old. It transmits a lot of sound from other rooms, the corridor or the outside. Pray that you don't have noisy neighbors. The heating starts to come on after 18.00. I can say that we did not have any heating problems at the end of January.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast: coffee, croissant, jams. The staff is responsive to requests, everything they asked for was done. The location is very convenient, Roma Termini train station is a 5-minute walk, there are many grocery supermarkets and cafes nearby.
