Clean room, great shower, and cool deco. Lift broke down which meant taking your own luggage up and down the stairs. No hotel help.Also a bill for a meal i didn’t have was given to me in check out.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at nhow Roma From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and genuine, and throughout my visit the service was simply outstanding. The interior of the hotel felt like stepping into a modern art museum – stylish, creative, and full of character.
The atmosphere was both unique and inviting, making my stay truly unforgettable.

The location is also perfect, just a short distance from the city center, which made exploring Rome so easy and convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roma it’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience in itself. Thank you to the whole team at nhow Roma for making my trip so special!

This hotel was so lovely and we were made to feel so welcome. We were chosen for the guest of the day and were given three cards to choose and we picked the mini bar being free of charge. The guest relations team were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother. We even got upgraded to a junior suite. The only downfall was the location was slightly further out, but all the amenities at the hotel made it worth it. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great people. Full of proffesionalism and smile. They were always available to support and offer their services. Very clean hotel and comfortable. We stayed for almost a week two parents and 10 years old twins. It is our second time in this hotel in Rome.

Like everything, location is in the eye of the beholder but for us this was the perfect hotel.

Lots of good restaurants close by and a good location to get where we needed to go. We even used the bus network which was great to get around Rome (tip - use Google maps and it tells you the exact bus. Never failed once).

Hotel was comfortable and the buffet breakfast and coffee was surprisingly good.

We had a good size room

Overall no issues at all and would return again.

I’m incredibly grateful to the hotel for their amazing hospitality! The spacious rooms, having a real bathtub to relax in every evening (not just a shower!), the stunning view over Villa Borghese, and the sound of cicadas in the morning – it all made me so happy. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, breakfasts are great, and the whole staff is just wonderful – super friendly and truly focused on making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. This is honestly one of my favorite hotels now. I loved everything and will definitely be coming back – no doubt about it.

We would say we had a good stay in the hotel. I choose the hotel because of design and a suit with a terrace. The rooms were clean, the suite was big, and there was a great terrace - bigger than expected. The hotel’s location is not bad, but it is also not the best. U’ll need to talk for 20-30 min for the attractions. We received free snacks and compliments from the hotel, which was very nice. For the negative part, we wanted to order wine from the restaurant, but a cheap bottle of wine has a 120% markup compared to the supermarket, plus the hotel charges 10€ per person to bring it to the room. We’d order a wine if they didn’t have a room service. We find that for the price that we paid, we could get much more service like for example “free breakfast” or welcome drinks/wine, so I can’t really recommend spending money on the suit. Also the suit lacked light in another room so we couldn’t use it much. We also had a mistake with the bar snacks which was fixed at the check-out desk.

Very good hotel with nice staff. Rooms always clean and every night we found a small compliment together with water. They even complimented us with a card and a box of chocolates for our anniversary together with a room updated. Much appreciated. Breakfast was very good with omelettes to order. Hotel is about 20m walk to major attractions.

Enjoy staying at this hotel. It's mostly all remodeled, and very nice. Rooms are well appointed, and a modern, eclectic vibe. The location is good..since it's a little away from the major attractions, and crowds. However, not a long walk at all to the sites. Borghese Gardens is right behind the hotel..which is just a gorgeous park. NH hotels never seem to disappoint.

This is a 4 star hotel with 3 star rooms that have outdated worn out furniture with bathrooms that smell full of sewage. Yet this isn’t the worst of it, I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the service is absolutely terrible. Good luck if you are trying to request any amenities as they will keep promising you that they will “deliver” it to your room and nobody will ever show up even if you wait for hours. Having called 6 times for over 2 hours and a half, only for them to respond when called with a “not so chill tone” to finally bring some tissues. Oh and wait, had they even had house keeping clean the room during the day to begin with this probably wouldn’t have happened but of course they had to skip cleaning the room for no reason. Even when they do clean the room they don’t clean it properly, stains on the toilet are never cleaned for the entire stay. In terms of other amenities they don’t replace all useful stuff instead they just put it back where it is or worse take it away without replacing it. They also don’t provide slippers in the room for some reason.
