I had an absolutely wonderful stay at nhow Roma From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and genuine, and throughout my visit the service was simply outstanding. The interior of the hotel felt like stepping into a modern art museum – stylish, creative, and full of character.
The atmosphere was both unique and inviting, making my stay truly unforgettable.
The location is also perfect, just a short distance from the city center, which made exploring Rome so easy and convenient.

This hotel was so lovely and we were made to feel so welcome. We were chosen for the guest of the day and were given three cards to choose and we picked the mini bar being free of charge. The guest relations team were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother. We even got upgraded to a junior suite. The only downfall was the location was slightly further out, but all the amenities at the hotel made it worth it. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great people. Full of proffesionalism and smile. They were always available to support and offer their services. Very clean hotel and comfortable. We stayed for almost a week two parents and 10 years old twins. It is our second time in this hotel in Rome.

Like everything, location is in the eye of the beholder but for us this was the perfect hotel.
Lots of good restaurants close by and a good location to get where we needed to go. We even used the bus network which was great to get around Rome (tip - use Google maps and it tells you the exact bus. Never failed once).
Hotel was comfortable and the buffet breakfast and coffee was surprisingly good.
We had a good size room
Overall no issues at all and would return again.

I’m incredibly grateful to the hotel for their amazing hospitality! The spacious rooms, having a real bathtub to relax in every evening (not just a shower!), the stunning view over Villa Borghese, and the sound of cicadas in the morning – it all made me so happy. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, breakfasts are great, and the whole staff is just wonderful – super friendly and truly focused on making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. This is honestly one of my favorite hotels now. I loved everything and will definitely be coming back – no doubt about it.

Enjoy staying at this hotel. It's mostly all remodeled, and very nice. Rooms are well appointed, and a modern, eclectic vibe. The location is good..since it's a little away from the major attractions, and crowds. However, not a long walk at all to the sites. Borghese Gardens is right behind the hotel..which is just a gorgeous park. NH hotels never seem to disappoint.

This is a 4 star hotel with 3 star rooms that have outdated worn out furniture with bathrooms that smell full of sewage. Yet this isn’t the worst of it, I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the service is absolutely terrible. Good luck if you are trying to request any amenities as they will keep promising you that they will “deliver” it to your room and nobody will ever show up even if you wait for hours. Having called 6 times for over 2 hours and a half, only for them to respond when called with a “not so chill tone” to finally bring some tissues. Oh and wait, had they even had house keeping clean the room during the day to begin with this probably wouldn’t have happened but of course they had to skip cleaning the room for no reason. Even when they do clean the room they don’t clean it properly, stains on the toilet are never cleaned for the entire stay. In terms of other amenities they don’t replace all useful stuff instead they just put it back where it is or worse take it away without replacing it. They also don’t provide slippers in the room for some reason.

1. Hand towels not replaced (taken away but no new ones provided)
2. Water not replaced for one night
3. Rooms not cleaned properly (pee stains still on floor)
4. Missing room slippers (not provided for one room)
5. Rubber sealant missing from shower leading to the floors always being wet
6. Asked for spare towels but it took an hour to deliver
The room itself is nice and well decorated and large for the price. The doorman is incredibly friendly. Location is close to Borghese Gallery and walkable.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel . We were fortunate to be helped by Zuzana during our dinner. She has so much personality and professionalism. It was very impressive. She made the customer feel appreciated and was very good with her English. That is so comforting to travelers who don’t speak Italian and need someone who creates a relaxed friendly comfort level! Thank you to Zuzana!!!

NH Collection Roma Vittorio Veneto is a Hotel with good location, extensive breakfast options and cool room design.
The check in process could have been better, the approach was not very welcoming, but rather uninterested.
I noticed the same staff would also sometimes ignore my/my partner’s ‘good morning’ - as they would continue talking between each other.
The room was beautiful, we did get a free upgrade with the view over the park. The cleaning service was thorough and proper.
The temperature in the room is quite low, which can be unhealthily considering its 37 degrees outside in the summer.
I want to add a special thanks to the guest relations manager that gave our room extra love with sweets and complimentary soap bars.
All in all, I loved the stay, but there is some room for improvement.
