What a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and well layed out. We were able to check in immediately.
The front desk agent on the day we checked out held our luggage in the back to ensure we were safe from pickpocket, while waiting for our taxi.
The breakfast had a large variety of food. The fruit was fresh and the coffee did not taste like regular cheap hotel coffee.

Had a great room for our Rome trip. Within walking distance to many of the enjoyable sites of Rome and the proximity to the train station was perfect. Very friendly staff

Good location. Friendly service.
Shower water pressure not strong.
Breakfast is good but the same everyday. It will be nice to have a slight variety. Will be nice for those who stay more days

Hotel is very good, well maintained,.walkable distance from central train station. Staff are very courteous. We arrived in rome early and reached the hotel in expectation to drop our laugage and start exploring the city but the reception desk staff provided an early checkin which was really useful, many thanks to them. Breakfast was very good.

2 stars only because of the location being close to lots of attractions, restaurants/bars, and train station. To be hair, they had a free, decent breakfast. Around 11pm at night, we had some people coming into our room. This was our last night at this hotel. Upon reporting to the front desk immediately, they were quick to gaslight us if we were sure the door was closed and locked. There is no door lock on the door knob or on the side whatsoever. It only closes. I couldn't sleep well because I was afraid someone else might tried to access our room.

The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was good. However in my opinion, the breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. For a 4* hotel the breakfast was extremely weak. Barely any warm food, the cold meats and cheese selection was very poor and actually all the rest really needs an upgrade.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendlier than the reviews seem to suggest - especially the housekeeping and breakfast staff (the housekeeper really did a nice and thorough job). Breakfast was good. We had a family room which was 2 connected normal rooms and fairly pricy but having the 2 bathrooms was a great help in the morning. The location of the hotel is also hard to beat. Walking distance to all of the best site.

As an American traveling in Europe, I’d encourage anyone to expect one less star - the star ratings of European boutique hotels can’t be compared to US ones. A 4 is like a US 3.

My one big gripe with the place was the lack of AC. The AC didn’t work at all. We were there in winter. The room was insanely hot for some unknown reason but we just opened the windows (something I’m hesitant to do because of rats in the room). And it wasn’t just off - the thermostats were in disrepair. I don’t think I could have stayed here in the summer with that kind of heat.
