Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. It was okay, though the air conditioning only had heating and no cooling, but it wasn't a big issue.

Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.

Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff. There was an issue with our beds upon arrival and we were upgraded to a larger suite with no hassle. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have amazing views. The on-site breakfast was also of high quality. Highly recommended. The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.

The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!

The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.

The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.

This hotel is far from the subway station, but there are many ice cream shops and steak houses next to it, and it is also close to the Vatican. It is very convenient to live here.

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. For drinks, there were only two paper cups, and the bathroom only had one glass for brushing teeth. The whole room felt very old, and the soundproofing was terrible, making it quite noisy.

Due to jet lag, I woke up at 2 AM on the first night and couldn't fall back asleep. Very safe location as it was opposite the parliament house where the police would patrol. Location was also very convenient and near to many tourist sites. However, as aircon would automatically turn off once temperature is reached, we would need to open the window for ventilation.
