The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.

My husband and I recently enjoyed our first trip to Rome and stayed at the Panthenon Autograph. The location was perfect for touring. The staff was extremely nice. They were also helpful and answered all of our questions. Our room was perfect! It was clean, updated and modern. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant was delicious and again, the staff was welcoming. When we return to Italy we would immediately book this hotel again!

We had a great stay at the pantheon iconic. It is central to the city of Rome. It is down a very small side street where you can find off the beaten track cafes and gelato but still be minutes from the pantheon and trevi fountain. Breakfast was great and on site in their upstairs restaurant divinity. Finally they had an amazingly attentive and kind staff who made us feel welcome the minute we walked through the door.

This is my 7th trip to Rome over many years, and I decided to try this hotel for the first time. My wife and I stayed for 10 nights. It was excellent; it's luxurious, impeccably clean, incredibly quiet, and comfortable. The room had excellent WiFi and showers. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant were always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The buffet breakfast (with the option of custom made omelets, etc.) was of excellent quality in the meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, treats, and coffee. The hotel location is excellent: you can be at The Pantheon 90 seconds after walking out the front door. I'll happily stay here again. The only nit about the hotel is the weird light switches in the guest rooms; it takes a while to figure them out (though the nightstands have a master on / off switch). I was out one morning and my wife called the front desk to send someone up. She laughed when he said 'We work here and we don't know how the lights work; we just keep pressing buttons until a good combination comes on!'

My wife and I booked am getaway to Rome for early December and we booked Pantheon Iconic Hotel. Unfortunately, our flight from the US was cancelled and we were unable to make the trip. We reached out to the Pantheon and explained that we could no longer come to Rome and needed to cancel. We were devastated and my wife couldnt stop crying. The Pantheon charged us $463.00 for 1 night and although we sent them the communications from the airline, they refused to issue a refund to us - And I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy Lifetime Member. The Panteon didnt care about my status nor the issue with our air travel. I call Marriott Bonvoy, who agreed with me but said it is up to the member property and local management to issue the refund and there is nothing Marriott Bonvoy could do. Pantheon management is disgusting and I hope you choke on the money you took from us. Do not stay here or you may experience this terrible management.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a perfect location for anyone wanting to enjoy Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes. The front desk and concierge services are superb. The rooms are updated and very comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet offers hot and cold options. They have a roof top restaurant and bar with a Michelin one star next door. Our room was clean thanks to their commitment to excellent housekeeping. There is a fitness center there. We plan to return to Rome within the next year and will look forward to another stay.

This hotel offers an excellent stay in the heart of Rome. Its prime location makes it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. The rooms are spotless, modern, and comfortable, while the staff provides warm hospitality and attentive service. A truly seamless experience with no shortcomings—highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, centrally located to many attractions in Rome. Everything from the Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were within walking distance. Of course the Pantheon was right next door and we had a beautiful Pantheon view suite! The hotel itself is super! Staff were great and the breakfast in the morning on the roof top was superior! Well done Pantheon Iconic especially in recognizing Marriott Elite members!
