The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.

We are staying at room 104,  Towel Warmer on the bath room doesnt work, the service man cant resolve and Hotel never offer or replace the room

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Firm matress which I preferred. Mini fridge available. The facilities should highlight that the pool is closed on Mondays and we did not see the gym but I have to point out that the breakfast was very well prepared and the rooms very comfortable.

Gully flies and missing help ... but a nice spot! We spend 5 days here, after the first 3 days I would have given 5 stars here. A wonderful sleepy hotel hidden on the side of the mountain. It was slow while we were there (late September). It felt very intimate & private. The aesthetics of the place are top notch. As every year, we spent a few days in this corner of paradise . The room was great with a fantastic view and the service outstanding. Strategic location for exploring the surrounding area. Excellent shuttle service to the beautiful "Grotta dei Delfini" beach. Good breakfast, lovely pool, and the attached pizzeria/restaurant is a great choice with excellent pizza and very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

I stayed at this hotel and had a really good time. The staff was courteous and helpful from the start. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

Little pretty hotel with cordial staff

It was a relatively cheap hotel 30 minutes drive from the centre of Rome with excellent facilities

The service was perfect , the room was clean , the hotel is very close to the FCO airport , if you need taxi to pick you up and get you back from and to the airport you can contact the hotel one day before your flight and they will arrange it for you for good price, perfect overall .

Very good for who has to catch an early flight. Be careful: they charge 25 euros for late check-in.

The host was very helpful, providing directions to nearby attractions and good restaurants. I think the host must be very kind-hearted. There was also a very cute dog, missing a leg, who was well cared for. The hotel is very close to the Vatican; there's an airport shuttle bus right from the airport.

You have to carry all baggage up a 1/2 flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Our room was directly above a noisy restaurant with live music.

The people working there are extremely friendly. We felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful but most things in it are quite old, it does not really feel like a 4 Star hotel However, the price is extremely fair for what you get. We loved it and will return.

Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

The hotel is very well located if you don't mind taking the bus or tram into the center of Rome. It only takes 20 minutes, and the trams run till quite late at night. The four person room was quite spacious and comfortable. For the price, this hotel is a great deal.

It's OK. There is a bus station right outside the door, which is convenient for taking the bus. There is a market on Sundays and a supermarket opposite the door, which is pretty good. The room is a little small. The main disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not good. The road is very noisy and there is also noise when walking on it, which affects sleep.

The bed is not big, the facilities are relatively new, very quiet, there is no subway, but it is not far to walk to the main places. There is a market opposite on Sundays, which is very interesting to go shopping.

Our room small but nice. Had some dust on the coffee cups, outlet in bathroom didn’t work, outlet next to one of the beds hardly worked and the blow dry you don’t turn off and on you have to hold the button down while you dry.

The hotel advertises that it has parking, but in reality, there’s space for only three cars — and they only allow the owner’s and so-called “honor members’” vehicles to park there. Small family run hotel striving to improve itself, and getting there!

Clean room , no fridge balcony or safe pleasant staff

We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

Staff and room were great. The one downside was that the restaurant wasn't open. It's a great restaurant and we were looking forward to eating there again.

The front desk person was always on the phone. We were in the middle of checking in and the phone rings and we have to wait for 5 minutes. Same exact thing happened to us when we checked out. He wasn’t helpful about ways to get to the port earlier and we tried to cancel our shuttle. He claimed he didn’t know how to process a credit???

The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.

I was charged 70 euro extra to change from a single to double, despite the cost of a double found much cheaper online. The room that was given was actually a disabled persons room and not as described originally. The hygiene was poor. The room and shower was dirty and not to an acceptable standard.

Room was nice and comfortable. It was a little warm-September. A floor fan would be a nice addition. Hotel is in a busy area and above a nightclub, it was very loud one night of our stay.

Great location. However we did not get the room that we booked. Instead we got an attic with no windows. When I told the receptionist that it’s not the room I booked, he told me I got an upgrade…. Right. Changed the room the next day only. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. Cash only. Which is strange.

The junior suite was very large and comfortable. The floors were not carpeted, which is what I prefer. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was a sofa and two windows, which was great. The bathroom was large and clean. No bathtub. The only recommendation I would make to the hotel would be to improve the breakfast experience. It was very small and not very appetizing.
