Hotel Rondine in Sarzana

The location was fine and the beach was beautiful, but the rooms were absolutely disgusting me and my friend stayed in room 314 and it reeked of cigarettes and it was falling apart… I mean the door handle for the bathroom literally fell off the door. The floors were disgusting and the beds felt like a springboard. We went out for a day and came back to find clothes that we had out folded on top of our suitcases, stuff that was on the FLOORS ON OUR BEDS. they moved our skincare and put my friends toothbrush under the sink against her razor. The AC on the third floor didn’t work at all. The key cards kept not working so you would have to run up and down the stairs multiple times just to get it to work. We kept our window open the whole day and when we came back it still reeked of cigarettes. Completely terrible and would not recommend ever.

My recent stay at Hotel Rondline was a complete disappointment. The room was cramped, outdated, and poorly maintained. The noise level was unbearable, and the amenities were misleading and poorly kept. The customer service was okay, and the hotel's location was nice. But the food wasn’t tasty at all.

Was very shiit hotel not worthy at all the connection wasn’t good and in summer supposed the AC work but unfortunately and if you think to open the window it will be a bad idea because the mosquitoes will attack youwas not work and the hotel is 3 star but I think it’s just one star

The breakfast was not too enjoyable. There were no fruits and the hot chocolate was way too sweet. The lunch was the best because we had none :). We were very disappointed with the dinner because the food wasn't hot. The next problem with the dinner was that the portions were too small and we weren't stuffed at all. We were also very disgusted because we had hairs in our food. The worst off all were the rooms. The air-conditioning was broken and we didn't get fresh towels. Some rooms had moldy showers which wasn't refreshing at all. Let's talk about the beach. The hotel owned beach was not the worst but if you want a deck chair you had to pay 7€. So all in all we are not happy with the hotel and we honestly do not recommend it.

Please, just don't go there. I so wish I had read the reviews. I'm cycling around the world for a children's charity and I rarely stay in hotels on this trip to save money, but I was so cold I just wanted a bit of comfort and a nice breakfast in the morning this time to boost me along.

Wow! What a major disappointment, it really spoilt my day. I paid for a standard room but was give a shoe box sized room with a noisy toilet and small window overlooking a building plot. The internet wouldn't register either.

Breakfast! What breakfast! There was a feeble selection of nothing much in the middle of a table. The coffee machine was broken so I had to ask for a coffee. There was no milk for the cereals so I had to ask for that, twice, and I had to ask for butter for my packets of toast.

I didn't like the way the reception staff were passing around and handling the one carton of milk, so I dumped the coffee, didn't have cereals, and only ate from sealed packets of crappy toast and biscuits because I really didn't trust the quality.
