Hospitality and style attract this elegant hotel for those people who appreciate the charm of one of the most charming places in the Western Ligurian coast. The hotel is housed in a historic Villa built in the XVI century retreat of the Genoese Doge. Rooms elegantly furnished in Mediterranean style and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Location: in the town of Camogli, 37 km from the airport g. Genoa, 228 km from nice airport, 204 km from the airport of Milan .

Consists of two buildings.

The hotel has 100 rooms.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly 150 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi in Camogli. After staying in so many cold, modern boutique hotels lately, this hotel feels like a throwback to a bygone era when travel was glamorous and hotels went above and beyond with outstanding service, well-appointed rooms, top-notch amenities, and excellent dining. Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi had all of these characteristics and more. In addition, we really enjoyed the private beach with wonderful swimming. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are planning to visit Camogli - and I highly recommend you do.

Lovely, classic hotel with great view, nice private beach and a fine restaurant. A great location in beautiful Camogli, and no wonder why a lot of people choose this hotel for their weddings. Our four nights with kids was terrific. The staff was very friendly and nice to children, and the level of servce is top notch. A tip to the hotel would be to make an activity room for kids with games, books and perhapse a ping pong table or similar.

Camogli is a real gem and this is the best hotel there! Superb location, particularly if you like sea swimming. My wife is gluten free and they were very helpful at meal times. Breakfast was excellent.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this lovely hotel. The room had the most beautiful sea view and was spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach areas were never crowded Loved an early evening drink in the bar looking out at the sunset

This hotel was so helpful. We had the unfortunate experience of having our bags stold on the train. But the hotel help me worked with the US embassy and the local police to find two of the three bags stolen. The manager drove my husband to the police station 45 minutes away, and helped with interpreting to recover our bags. The concierge helped to fill out the lost passport forms. They took my husband to the store to get new clothes... This hotel has your back. The accommodations were lovely the staff is ready to serve you at any moment. I highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent one-night stay, and one we would happily repeat (hopefully for longer). The hotel is beautifully positioned with excellent views across the bay, and the overall experience is calm, well-managed and quietly professional, yet friendly too. Our room was of a high standard and exactly as described. Service stood out. Consistent, unforced, and joined-up across reception, restaurant and housekeeping — which is no small achievement. Housekeeping staff smile, make eye contact and greet you in the corridors, always a good indicator of excellent recruitment, training and a healthy business culture (I am an HR professional and tend to notice these things that are not easy for competitors to replicate). We chose to have lunch on the terrace before leaving, which was a highlight. The setting is superb, and the food was well-executed and fairly priced for the location. For future guests: it’s worth taking the time to enjoy the hotel itself rather than treating it as just a base. It rewards that approach. Overall, a polished and reliable experience, delivered by a team that clearly knows what it is doing — highly recommended, and one of our best recent stays with a well-judged price-to-value balance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here. The property is situated on the water with spectacular views. The pool and direct beach access are wonderful. Food is delicious! The hotel is walking distance to anything you need in Camogli along the water and directly across from the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would gladly return.
