It's not far from the train station, but a bit far from the old town. There aren't many restaurants or supermarkets around. The hotel rooms are nice. It's okay for a short stay.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, good value for money

My story is to long to go into here. What I will say is, you can tell a good hotel from a bad hotel, not by what it does right but by what it does when things don't go right. This Hotel failed miserably To anyone considering staying here, Don't.

A good and clean hotel! Free outdoor parking is available! There's also an underground parking garage, but you have to pay extra for that! We stayed here for one night while traveling by car.

Hotel room and restaurant really perfect

The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited. Due to the Winter Olympics, the hotel price was quite high.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly; she checked me in super fast and even recommended some less-known local spots, helping me avoid the crowds. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade. Plus, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is so practical with its washer-dryer...

No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc.) to pay the city tax! Price-quality wise this is the best hotel I've for a long time. Everyone is super friendly and polite, rooms are nice and properly cleaned and the breakfast is very good. A special thank you to the cocktailmaker/bartender who gave everyone a smile on there face and made me a fabulous frozen margarita to enjoy with the apero buffet they serve every night!

Truly stunning hotel. Stayed 3 nights as part of a birthday trip around northern Italy. Room was ready for us when we arrived around 1430, we stayed in the newer block with a view of the pool and lake. Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

Arrived late as flight was delayed by 5 hours but all the hassle was forgotten when we arrived at the hotel. Dali met us and greeted us as if we were old friends. An excellent hotel that provided a great place to stay for a lovely four day visit to the spectacular Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Verona. Rooms are ok. It was annoying that the airconditioning from the room 106 didn’t work at all. I was trying to cool down the room but i wasn’t always posible. It looks like the control the temperature from the room with a central air conditioning. Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and the conference room is quiet nice for small groups of 20 max.
