Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean.

The friendly members of the staff are the cleaners and do a fantastic job! There are a couple of the dining staff who we found pleasant but the small guy with the glasses didn’t make much effort to speak, in fact he made me feel uncomfortable. An unremarkable hotel in need of a refresh, everything feels worn and shabby. More of a two star than three star experience.

I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!

We found our accommodation to be truly unique and authentic, much like a classic rustic setting straight out of a film. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in its construction were evident throughout. The manager (Bruno) was very helpful. A beautiful, picturesque hotel, location is great. Resturant has lovely food but definitely over priced. We stayed 3 nights, we hired a car and it provided everything that we expected. Traditional interior, some may say outdated but its a true Italian old fashioned interior which we love.

The room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied. It's a little far from the city center, but it's close to a subway station, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The bathroom has a bathtub, and it's conveniently equipped with a glass partition instead of a shower curtain. The hotel is walking distance to a metro station. very convenient in going around towards the city even if slightly in the suburbs of Milan.

The price was not what I paid online. The extra parking fee and the deposit refund that was deliberately avoided at check-out were not returned. The deposit refund slip was taken away but the fee was not returned. I almost lost 39 euros. The location is very remote and the surrounding environment does not make people feel safe. It was not a good experience.

The location was great with easy access to the station, making our travels very convenient. However, we found ants in the bathroom, which made us feel quite uneasy throughout our stay. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated that the room could comfortably accommodate four people. The ants were the only real downside.

The transportation is convenient. There is a subway station at the door that goes directly to the cathedral. The airport bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to San Siro.

They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It felt like safe place for solo female travellers. The location was also great near M2 Metro line, 20 mins from central. Great breakfast options as well! Will definitely book again if I visit Milan in future!

Ideal situation, excellent, friendly and competent staff. Beds rather narrow, duvets a bit heavy. Impossible for one person to read in bed without the light disturbing your partner. Bathroom design not good. Bath very slippery, with no rail to hold on to, and after taking a shower the bathroom floor was always flooded. Not enough place for two people to hang wet towels.

Better places This place needs a major renovation. The beds are horrible, hard, the pillow are hard and flat, towels are dingy and the wifi sucks in the bedrooms. One of the most elegant hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful architecture and art work with the most amazing views of Lake Como. The pool and surround grounds were perfect for relaxation.
