Absolutely brilliant hotel..food was lovely...breakfast was plentiful..rooms are very clean fresh and airy...housekeeping is great..we had a slight view of the lake when looking left from the balcony. The staff are fantastic..i was taken into hospital while I was there and nothing was too much trouble for them..they called taxis for us and saw that my other half was looked after and needed for nothing...

We had a very pleasant stay during our summer holiday. The food was excellent and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there is no playground or playroom for children. At the end of August, there were also many Asian tiger mosquitoes around, but the hotel can't be held responsible for that.

The hotel Identifies itself as a 4 star hotel but it’s 2 star hotel. They were nothing even elementary shampoo in the shower only liquid soap ( I attached photo of bathroom) I don’t recommend to anyone. I mentioned for quite room, next to my room were couple with child which was always crying. I tried to call to reception but nobody answered to my call.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The room was nice, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was with the taxi: we asked reception to call us a taxi. We ended up paying both at reception and the taxi driver, even though we were told we wouldn't have to pay the driver, only the hotel. It turned out to be an unpleasant situation.

The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at. Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !? Nice hotel. The only issue we had was in the shower. The pipe was a bit blocked and the water could sink properly. Feels not really clean as you take a shower and your foot are under that unsinked water.
