A fairly new property with modern facilities and fittings. While there's work being done outside the hotel the hotel in general in a quiet and central area. It's within walking distances too attractions.

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons and more! The location is prime. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and has an amazing history. It was a former convent. They have a fabulous spa and restaurants.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Starting off with Sabrina on the front desk who was very polite and friendly and whose English was first class. The rooms were great, and breakfast has a large choice of food. Location was a little far away from the town centre but nothing a metro or cab ride didn't fix.

Beware of their Wifi scam. They would charge you 20 euros per night for the "high speed network", which you can connect to without ANY confirmation or pricing notice at all. Basically a scam. Ruined all my impression to the hotel.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass...

We went to the Duomo in the morning and then came back to the hotel for breakfast. High-end, sophisticated, and tastefully designed. I really think it looks good. We also have a terrace, which is so beautiful. It's worth a visit. Excellent service and design. It's truly Milan.

I was in Italy for a business trip, and Milan was my transit hub, making it super convenient to get to Turin, Verona, and Venice. This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center. Overall, I'm satisfied.
