I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa.

It's not far from the train station, but a bit far from the old town. There aren't many restaurants or supermarkets around. The hotel rooms are nice. It's okay for a short stay.

My story is to long to go into here. What I will say is, you can tell a good hotel from a bad hotel, not by what it does right but by what it does when things don't go right. This Hotel failed miserably To anyone considering staying here, Don't.

A good and clean hotel! Free outdoor parking is available! There's also an underground parking garage, but you have to pay extra for that! We stayed here for one night while traveling by car.

Hotel room and restaurant really perfect

Get ready for a dream vacation here. We were so very impressed with this hotel and ALL its facilities and dining options. We wished we could have stayed longer. Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. I have complained about this because our child don't need to upgrade to triple room but they said this is the regulation of their hotel, while we also lived at novotel milano, they are not like this.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

Clean, Good location and service

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. There is a shuttle that runs daily on request, but it's an easy safe route down, just a little more energy needed to return back to the Hotel! Everything was perfect. An absolutely stunning hotel!!! From the lovely bedroom, the fabulous facilities tow the outstanding food and service in the restaurant. Walter, the restaurant manager is amazing and his staff - Lucas, Vanessa x2, Andre, Linda, Nicole, Jayden and more are really lovely and so polite and caring! We really enjoyed our stay - it was 5 star and I wish I was back there now!!!

Had a lovely stay for our honeymoon, the staff are very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is stunning. Beautiful view of the lake and pool. Breakfast was delicious. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Was so sad to leave!
