The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was amazing.

What an incredible stay, I mean without a doubt pleasing to look at, what a beautiful building, but the staff are fantastic, polite, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they help however they can, I can't even single one person out as everyone was fabulous. Great stay at the Avani hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. Great size room for a couple and good quick breakfast. The hotel location is really good to get around.

The hotel locates at a corner, easy to be seen, near the Eataly restaurant which is also a supermarket where you can by eatable goods.

Very convenient, safe and clean place. The apartment is quite good but the access is complicated with the need of multiple access code and thus a cell phone connected. The space is small, although the bathroom is nice. There is coffee and tea makers as well as a fudge but the electric connections are unstable.

Overall very good stop. Room was tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Location was a little further out than we'd like but tram stops were right outside, along with a tube station, so wasn't really an issue. We would come back here!

Our stay was excellent! The hotel was very clean, and our triple room was perfectly spacious for three people. It was also very quiet — we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. Stayed at this hotel for 1 day as a stop to Milan before going to Como. We did arrive early so the room was not ready which is understandable. The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying.

Great location for those travelling by train (like us). The receptionists were very helpful, really appreciated how the evening staff helped us when we had difficulty in communicating with a local restaurant by calling the restaurant himself (conversing in Italian)! J

We arrived Milano Centrale slightly after 10 pm from Napoli by train. The hotel was right there in front of us once we exit from the Milano Centrale. Location - PERFECTO!! Though the room is on the slightly smaller side, the toilet was spacious and there was a roof terrace on the 5th floor that we are on (for both rooms). Sleep was nice and good. Would recommend.

The location is pretty good, very close to the train station, just across the road. However, the room is too old-fashioned. You have to go up a staircase right after entering, which is inconvenient with luggage, and the elevator is also very small. The room key is an old-fashioned physical key. Very nice hotel, staff are very friendly, nice breakfast. Room clean, not so noisy although near to the road. Breakfast is great at this hotel and the staff are 5 Star particularly the lady in the breakfast area, very warm and friendly.  The room is dated but functional. We were assigned rooms on the first floor which is our normal second floor.   We slept early that night around 9pm and we were woken up by continues music at 4am and it goes on until 5am.

Outdated overpriced hotel Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot! The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons! Breakfast was very good, nice choice of sweets, sausages and cheese!

Lago d'Iseo A bit outdated hotel located beatuiful at Lake Iseo. Nice staff but got a feeling they were understaffed? If you are willing to walk or take the care it's a nice place to visit.

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. The room location is great, ten minutes from the train station, and right outside the subway exit. The facilities are quite modern, and there's a delicious Sabatini restaurant from 1946 next door.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel with a convenient location, friendly and enthusiastic staff, and new facilities. It also offers a complimentary mini-bar with 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 bottles of sparkling water, 2 bottles of wine, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1 pack of chips, and 1 pack of biscuits – quite a generous selection!

The Hotel Continental was a nice place to stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The include included breakfast was excellent. I found the location to be good for walking to the city center.

we came as a bicycle team to Bormio. Hotel is in great location, great stuff (barman and waitress). all required services exist including laundry and health center. no air condition so don't take the 4th or the 1st floors. very good breakfast, dinner food was good/ok

An American like hotel, with a motel concept, near the shore of Lake Varese. There’s a busy road in between. Hotel, room, breakfast and parking were allright. We did not use the wellness and pools.

A lovely spacious family room with a large terrace and view of the lake. Beautiful and clean with a great bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the spa/ pool was perfect for a relaxing few days at the end of a busy holiday. Spa staff were lovely. Several casual dining options nearby which was great as restaurant less suitable for children/ relaxed dining.

Overall, it was better than expected. There were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. The bath towels had a slight odor, but everything else was fine. Breakfast was only 12 euros, which is quite reasonable. It's also very convenient as it's super close to the central train station.

It is a 4-star hotel in Monza. It is an old building and the interior furniture feels old. The bed was a bit small and the breakfast was average.

The location isn't bad, right off the highway. Check-in was quick, although they didn't explain to me that if I had large bags, it was better to enter through the main entrance and not the back where the car is parked. In fact, I had to make a plan with 20 kg of bags in each arm. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep because the room temperature was excessively hot, with no way to regulate it. This is dangerous...

The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, and it's only about a ten-minute, 5-metro-stop ride to the Duomo. The staff were polite, and for Milan, it offers great value for money.
