Where to stay in Lombardy

Excellent location. Laundromat was 200m away and very useful after 20 days travelling. The hotel was in a great location in the middle of so many attractions. Recommend stay in area for : to 4 days to take in all the touristy spots/activities. Would go back there in a heart beat

Room was clean and big enough, nice shower and large bed, air con. Nice outside pool area with tuck bar, breakfast was good, pina coladas wer amazing. 20min walk to the heart of the desenzano del garda. Beach was very close.

Excellent modern hotel that is well equipped and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I were to nitpick, it would be housekeeping that doesn’t seem to replace used coffee sachets or provide enough cups and spoons for a room that housed 4 pax. Easily solved with a phone call though.

Small rooms with good bed. Good if you spend most of your time exploring Milano not that good if you want to get work done in your room. A big issue is some of the staff that follows unsafe data practices by coping passports for convenience which is illegal according to EU GDPR.

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. Definitely in the outskirts, the room was super average. It's basically a motel with a facelift. Front desk person who checked us in was an absolute gem. They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking...

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends. It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport.

This hotel is very smart. The staff are polite and respectful. The decor is a ubiquitous bright white. It doesn't have a restful or relaxing bar. It is an approximate 25 min tram journey north of the centre.
