Good stuff: new hotel, excellent spa, large and comfy rooms, garage, ski deposit in the basement, good food in the restaurant. Not so good: no shuttle to ski lifts - need to take local bus. The hotel was cozy, clean, near the slopes, bad had a small gym, a great sauna and jacuzzy pool to relax after a day skiing. Exceptional resort and lively staff

Very classy, ​​luxurious, and with a spa. It takes you 15 minutes up a winding road to reach the hotel, but it's worth it. The staff are excellent and the spa is relaxing. It's about 40 minutes by car from the center of Riva di Garda and about an hour from Limone. A wonderful and luxurious experience.

We went there for our honeymoon and received a surprise gift: a handwritten congratulatory note and champagne. It was so touching and I'm so grateful! The property is very clean and well-maintained, and while the location is a bit of a climb, the view is spectacular and well worth it!

Compared to the room with a balcony, I actually prefer this one. that one is great for families with kids. However, the balcony is connected to the neighboring room, so privacy may be limited.

Hotel hallways were very dimly lit. Shower had a leak when trying to use the large spray head so we had to use the removable sprayer only. Can't go from 1st floor down to reception without using the elevator. The young lady at breakfast was very nice, providing service with a smile. Parking was good right in front of main entrance.

Stayed here for two days, it's cost-effective, and you can take a bus to Milan just one kilometer away.

Overall, it was pretty good. If you ask the front desk, they can provide slippers. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, which is decent. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The toiletries provided were also satisfactory. It's very close to the subway station, and you can get to the city center directly in about fifteen minutes by subway, which is super convenient.

The rooms were spotless, and to my surprise, the bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The room had a pleasant, fresh scent, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the hotel’s location was very convenient — within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Overall, a lovely stay and a place I can definitely recommend.

Shower equipments should be improved
