Amazing room, staff super friendly, breakfast was a feast, and the dinner one of the best ones I had , excellent quality of food and drinks, loved our room and bathroom ,definitely to come back!

Nice hotel but let down by not getting a few basics right. Room gets way too hot (AC didn’t work) No food options onsite for lunch, were told restaurant was fully booked for dinner (didn’t seem like it). Room service menu very limited/lacking. Didn’t have an iron / steamer on hand. Told it was in another room that they didn’t track down…

Bed was too hard for my taste Pillows bad quality. Air condition noisy Restaurant served stale breadsticks. Otherwise food was ok, but very limited choise for a vegetarian. Service was impeccable and pleasant

Very nice hotel in 5 minutes walk from metro station Gambara, a lot of true Italian restaurants just near the hotel. 20 minutes from Duomo, 25 from Milano Centrale FS. Magnificent breakfast (everything you want, and more) on the 5th floor with a view.

The hotel room has two huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering fantastic natural light. The facilities are comprehensive, and the space is incredibly generous. The hotel was clean, and conveniently located close to Milano Centrale Station. I was really touched by the welcome card and fruit they provided! ^^ The night view from the hotel was especially stunning, making it a fantastic spot for enjoying the cityscape at night! ^^

The service was good, and even though we had to wake up early every day, we didn't get a chance to try the hotel breakfast. Our original room had a strange noise, but the front desk quickly moved us to another room. The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. I recommend a suite for business trips. It won’t cost much more if you book early on Ctrip.

Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at. Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.

This is the third time I have stayed here (for business) and I feel compelled to write about it because it really is very pleasing and such good value too. The staff are always polite and courteous, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet is great and the position of the hotel is perfect as it is easy to commute from here to anywhere in the city. It's difficult to understand why the hotel still has relatively good reviews. It's extremely old, the swimming pool hasn't been renovated in years, but the bathroom was truly disgusting. Great location, very close to the cathedral, but the facilities are a bit old. The heating was super strong, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling too hot. Superb location directly at the lake which is quite rare in this area. The apartments are dated but well maintained. Well protected and generous parking lot. Kind and attentive personnel. Nice hotel. The only issue we had was in the shower. The pipe was a bit blocked and the water could sink properly. Feels not really clean as you take a shower and your foot are under that unsinked water. This is a lovely property with wonderful views of Lake Garda and a quiet, upscale environment.
