This place was home away from home. The manager treated us like family with great service and kindness. Rooms and breakfast had views of the tower (which was only a 4 minute walk away). It was very safe with a locking front door at night and receptionist at all times. Housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Never had a better and more personal hotel experience! Definitely would recommend!

Friendly & genuine hotel, with walking distance to everything - especially the Pisa tower and cathedral area.
We were 3 friends sharing a room and it was the perfect place to stay for us!

Very near the tower , it’s good if you wanna make it as a base to explore neighboring towns. You can have a feel and see the tower in the morning and night. We were also given a triple room, double bed and bunk bed but we were supposed to have a double room with a terrace/view. This was fine cause the room has a big window overlooking the streets, you could see the rush of people (locals, students and tourists). Damian (reception) was welcoming and happy to entertain guests.

However, no coffee and tea facilities in our room, we requested one but apparently it’s not working or whatnot. They gave us an option to request for coffee or tea instead through reception which is quite a bit of a hassle. Cleanliness can be improved.

I have never been made to feel more welcome at a hotel than I have by the present manager Damian. He acted as a wonderful host throughout my entire week-long stay. The location is ideal, the tower greets you every morning for breakfast as you enjoy the sunshine on the balcony! I would easily book this hotel again just for the service and location alone. Thank you again for everything Damian - it's been an absolute pleasure.

Central location in safe area within minutes walk from the tower (you can see it from the breakfast terrace). Excellent and attentive service from all of the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk. The warm, caring, and social atmosphere provided by the hotel manager is fantastic and made our stay especially memorable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, make this your basecamp when you stay in Pisa and you won't be disappointed :)

Comfortable bed, shower a bit small but clean and nice, breakfast amazing, services excellent, very clean hotel, the neighbour amazing two blocks away from Pisa tower, a lot of restaurants to choose, very nice atmosphere.

Family of 4, we got rooms 201 and 202 at the rear of the hotel backing out onto the Botanical gardens. Both rooms had access onto a terrace shared by both with a clear view of the Torre dePisa. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning superb. The small fridge kept our drinks cold and the bathroom was spotless (as was the room). The only niggle was the lack of a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Breakfast was just right (warm croissants, muesli, cereals, cold slices of meats, juices). The hotel exterior hides the quality of comfort inside. And just 200 metres to the Tower

Stayed one night in a small outdated room, A/C was working fine beds and pillows ok bathroom very small with no space to put your personal things. The breakfast could have been better. The location was very good close to the Tower and lots of restaurants in the area.
