We had to find a hotel in Pisa on short notice and luckily came across this one. The owner, as well as all the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was just perfect. We felt so comfortable during our first night that we decided to stay for a second one. Since we arrived in the evening, we walked straight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again if we return to Pisa.

The family who runs the hotel was extremely courteous and friendly. Just steps from the historic center, the hotel is very clean and the air fresheners are pleasant throughout the welcoming and well-restored property. The room was pleasant, but the bathroom lacked a shelf to put toiletries. It was a shame about the lackluster breakfast; the only sweet treats were croissants.

We checked in for a 2 night stay in February. We were greeted by the manager/owner, she was lovely and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. I loved the windows and paintings on the ceilings. The rooms were very spacious and had a fridge. The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the tower and about 15 minutes from the train station. Very central location. The area around the hotel was quiet with a few restaurants nearby. We felt the price for the hotel was good value for money.

Very welcoming and refined property. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tourist information. The location is very convenient for the city center and other attractions. The train station is also within easy reach. Highly recommended.

A small, rather old hotel with a very good location, just a few meters from the Plaza del Miracoli, where the tower and the Dumo are located. The room is old but clean, although there are mosquito nets, but some mosquitoes do get in, as they have a garden right next door. The breakfast was rather basic, with nothing hot. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Review written in Spanish due to Tripadvisor's rules (CATALAN NOT Accepted). I hereby demand that it be Catalan, a language recognized by Tripadvisor.

Entering the room, you'll find a fresco on the ceiling... beautiful! The rooms are basic and clean! The bed is comfortable and the pillows are double. The owner is very friendly and helpful! They even gave us a daily parking pass! The location is strategic, very close to Piazza del Duomo!

Hotel Transilvania, run away! The terrible smell and the stifling heat are a deadly combination. The bathroom is tiny, a terrible experience! The bad smell lingers, everything is very gloomy and dark. No breakfast.

They don't speak a word of English. The keepers are like 90 years old. Only good thing is semi ok location. Ac is not working, nothing is. 60 euros/night would be maximum for this place. We had to go to kitchen and wash glasses to get glasses at all. There was also old food in the fridge from last customers. Quite unbelievable. One night in Pisa is maximum also for the whole city. Duomo chirch is amazing otherwise blaah. Luckily we go tomorrow to Firenze.
