The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! Even cooler is the history, it was a church in the 600’s!!! It’s a straight walk to main square with the tower, maybe at most a 8’min walk.

Not the worst hotel, not the best either. Good value though and excellent location in between Pisa Centrale Station and the Leaning Tower.

This hotel is in a great location, with the leaning tower of Pisa just a 5 minute walk away- we found everything to be clean (and no funny smell, like some of the other reviews suggest). We didn’t experience any issues and staff were accommodating. We didn’t try the food so cannot review that but overall would say this hotel is a great deal for the price!

Its proximity to Termini Station was very convenient, especially for catching an early morning train. At the entrance to the building where the hotel is located, there's a button marked with the hotel's name; pressing it alerts the front desk staff, who then open the door for you. During my stay, the elevator from reception to my room was out of order, but a staff member kindly helped me carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. I offered a tip, but they politely declined. The reception staff were very friendly.

Needed a quick stay in Pisa and so glad we chose this place, great price, very friendly and helpful staff and a spacious clean room with a lovely view of Pisa

Overall experience was ok. The hotel is very old and you will notice some strange smell upon entrance. Speaking about the hotel room. It was ok. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The staff is helpful and approachable. The only big negative is the shower that is very very small and once entered cannot move hands around. Recommend only for a night or two. Still felt bit overpriced considering the condition of the room and bathroom. 2 stars only for the staff and generosity.

It was an awful hotel. The bed was dirty when we checked in, and when I told them about it, they changed our room without even saying sorry. From the entrance to the rooms, there was a strong, disgusting smell. There was mold on the walls and a lack of proper room service—they didn’t renew the soap, shampoo, etc. The bidet didn’t work. Something in the room triggered our allergies badly, and our stay there was a complete torture. The only positive thing is the location, but Pisa is a small city, and you can walk everywhere, so even that isn’t a big advantage. Stay away from this hotel.
