You will be staying at an inn with fantastic staff, breathtaking views and just wonderful. Caveat, not easy for people with mobility issues.

Very cute boutique hotel in a great location in Montepulciano. The price was great for how big and comfortable rooms are. There is a bar/restaurant attached so that’s very convenient for the afternoon drinks. Parking is further away but you can drive up to the hotel and the manager will take the car to the parking lot for you. We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano for a couple of nights!

Beautiful property nestled at the top of montepulciano. Very helpful owner Luca and unmatched hospitality!

We had a lovely stay. The room was large with great views from each side of the room. Breakfast was excellent with some items made to order. Service was outstanding. We would stay there again.

GREAT location and service
Location is GREAT. Get a room with a view. Restaurant and bar are really good. Sit..eat…drink overlooking the beautiful countryside. Finding the parking is tough. Victor is terrific…he is service and action oriented. He alone would have me say the service was excellent. However, all others were also very good. Great two nights and would highly recommend.

Luca and his staff were amazing. They all were kind and gave great service. We will come back again.

Great place to spend a few nights. We had a rental car and they have a parking lot in front of the hotel. Clean rooms and very nice breakfast.

Before travelling to Italy we tried to contact the property several times through ******* and through their email address. We never received a response. Our home was flooded by a hurricane in FL. We contacted the hotel asking if they would refund our costs or provide us a credit for the future. They said we had to contact ******* as that is how we made the reservation. I contacted ******* who then contacted the property and they denied our request. We had to fly home from our vacation to a flooded home and and the hotel would do nothing to help. We paid for our room and now ******* does not want my review to be posted. I had interactions with the hotel and my review should be posted as my experience was very poor. I would not stay here.
