Great stay at Horto Convento. The location is excellent — conveniently outside the ZTL and with parking available, which makes a big difference.
The reception team was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Service overall was very good, and the staff were always welcoming.
Breakfast was enjoyable, and the rooms were impeccably clean with sufficient amenities. The rooms are slightly small, but considering it’s a historic building, the size feels appropriate.
A very comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

Very comfortable stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were all so kind and they provided an excellent breakfast. The Hotel is well located and is a walk away from major attractions.

Loved the place! The location is comfortable to go anywhere, the room is big and clean, the service is great. Breakfast is more than enough.

Garden-style hotel with a very beautiful environment. The front desk lady gave me a city walk map which was very useful. She also recommended three restaurants near the hotel, which was great. The room facilities were not as good as those in the garden environment. The bathroom shower was a bit small. Everything else was very good.

Location in the historic center, outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore slightly out of the way, 15/20 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 20-30 minutes from the baptistery. Former convent renovated with simplicity and taste, quiet area, internal parking at €20 per day, good sized room, comfortable bed, spacious and well finished bathroom, good breakfast, not exceptional by 10am even on weekends, courteous and professional service, clean. Right value for money.
