The room is gorgeous. Clean and full of amenities. The service is good too. Complementary laundry is essential for me as I do not need to carry lots of clothing. The environment is vibrant and full of youngsters.

This hotel is a renovated old building, and the ceilings must be at least four meters high, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' kind of feel, which is absolutely fantastic. The location is also great; you can walk to the Duomo, and it's less than a kilometer from the train station. The rooftop bar has reasonable prices, and on the day I arrived, I actually won a free drink – what a lucky draw! The hotel also offers free laundry, which is a huge plus. Just a few hundred meters from the hotel is Piazza della Libertà, which isn't crowded with tourists and is definitely worth a visit. If I come back to Florence, I'll definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel has so many facilities from laundry, gym, pingpong table, and co-working space.
Highly recommend the social hub when you visit Europe!

Local Trail Train Stop just right in front of hotel very convenient ! Spacious room feels like back to Uni Dormitory! First time experience with this kind of hotel!

Super convenient location, easily accessible to the airport and around city centre. Rooftop views are magnificent, both by the pool and at the gym. Included all basic facilities and the hotel staff was super nice to let us check out late upon request without even asking any questions. Amazing stay and experience!

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!

Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof
