This is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 20+ trips to Florence. Everything was perfect: the hospitality of the front desk staff, the greetings from every staff member I passed, the breakfast location and selection, the room's ambiance with its curtains and high ceilings, the marble bathroom, and the shower pressure. Although I didn't use the bar this time, I've used it before and it's a very comfortable space. It's also super convenient, only about a 5-minute walk from SMN Station, and even with luggage, you can easily get to the airport by tram without needing a taxi. I managed to book three nights at a reasonable price through this site. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers and couples. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk staff for all their help with my luggage. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We had a beautiful, clean room with many amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of choices. Staff members were professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent location for walking to many Florence attractions. Highly recommend.

Central location for this stylish hotel. Unique decor (on a watch/clock) thyme, friendly staff, clean spacious room and a great top floor breakfast room with views over the piazza.
Can’t fault it and would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent choice overlooking the Santa Maria Novella Piazza and walking distance to the train station and car rental locations. Excellent service with comfortable rooms and very close to the sites in Florence. Highly recommended.

The staff was absolutely lovely. The room was spacious and refined. The lobby is very cozy, with a fireplace and welcoming atmosphere. And the location is very convenient— close to the train station, but not overlooking it. A wonderful experience.
