The owner speaks Chinese, and the hotel is very close to the train station. Florence itself isn't very big, so it's easy to walk around. The hotel breakfast was very plentiful and was delivered to the room door. They even provided disposable slippers, which was very thoughtful!

Very cozy establishment, only four rooms on the same floor so so it won’t be very noisy (we all tried to be quiet for our neighbours 😌 )
Very quaint antique lift (thank goodness for the lift with our luggages!)
Love their daily breakfast pushcart that’s included in the room rates. Location wise it’s quite convenient to walk to the terminal. Hosts were sweet too, will consider to stay here again if I come back to Florence :)

The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. The breakfast selection is plentiful, including fresh fruit and bread, as well as hot coffee and tea, satisfying all my breakfast needs.

Great location 5 min from central train station. Our unit was very comfortable but note it was a loft with stairs so those not so mobile may prefer other rooms. The service was really great from everyone we interacted with and always went above and beyond. The shower and bathroom was great size and modern. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good which is rare. There was an issue with the aircon malfunctioning and not working. The team tried hard but could not get someone to come out in time so provided a fan upon our request.

3 minutes walk to Firenze SM Novella station and could easily walk to most of the sightseeing locations in Florence. Rooms were extremely clean and neat with comfortable beds. Most importantly all staffs were super friendly, especially Paolo who recommended plenty of amazing spots around the city. Must come back to this B&B !

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. Communication was effortless, and they were always available to help with any questions.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home.

Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the location great, there are two famous queuing restaurants next to it: Trattoria Dall Oste for T-bone steaks and Osteria Pastella for pasta. It is convenient to go to any attraction. The most important thing is that the hotel bed is comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is even more sumptuous. The boss is originally from Zhejiang. The service is friendly and enthusiastic. I have not written a review, but I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Florence.

Due to the change of time, the hotel patiently helped to change the booking and even issued an invoice when leaving. They were very attentive and patient.
Breakfast, it’s a ceremonial feeling to get it to 5 stars in one go
They also thoughtfully prepared mooncakes, which brought tears to the eyes of those traveling abroad. It is very close to the train station and is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also has an elevator. You will definitely stay at this hotel again when you come to Florence!

The location is excellent, close to the train station, bus station, long-distance buses, Tram T2 line to and from the airport, and all important sightseeing spots can be reached on foot. The owner is very attentive and conscientious, and the breakfast is exquisite. It’s very nice. I will book again next time.

Nice hotel with beautiful bedroom. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We requested for early breakfast because we had to go for an early tour. Staff arranged the breakfast and placed it in our room a day earlier. The city tax was also on them which was very nice. The hotel is also close to the station and the main attractions.
