It’s a nice bed and breakfast. There are steps to access the entrance. Hard for seniors with luggages.

Good service and nice location

The location a super convenient. The train station is just opposite to you. There are so many restaurants and shops, supermarket and convenient store around. We are a group of 8 ppl, staying in 2 big rooms. The description of the room size is 28 sqm, but I think it is doubled. There is a little kitchen with a dish washing machine in it. Very nice to have a space to make a quick breakfast there. Kitchenware and the whole room are very clean. I found many comments talking about the noise, but we don’t hear any during or before our sleep. The staff are so nice and helpful, always have a smile on their face. We felt welcomed. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay here again if we come to Florence again.

The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

Excellent stay - Rooms very quite spacious for family and ideally located. We could just walk from station with our luggage. More importantly - the team are a bunch of great people. Very helpful and clear communications. One of the best places we stayed.

Perfect location all around. The staff are absolutely amazing, polite, professional, knowledgeable, just wonderful. The room is a wow! The train station is right across the road, with two supermarkets and a café downstairs. Florence’s main historical sites are just a 10 minute walk away and the cherry on top, an award-winning gluten-free Italian restaurant just 5 minutes away, pizza, pasta, bread… the lot!

Exceptional location with comfortable rooms. But most importantly the team here are all superstars. They're better than several international luxury hotels we've stayed at over the years.

7florence is a boutique hotel in central Florence, close by to all historical sites and right opposite the train station. The service we received was exceptional, very attentive, helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

Everything was absolutely outstanding. Apart from right next to the railways, slightly bit nosy at night. Very convenient
