The owner is amazing. He gives the best recommendations. Listen to him! The room was very clean and well maintained. Espresso pods everyday. Would stay here again for sure.

This place is in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the train station and 1/2 block to the inter-city bus station. City bus and laundromat right next door. Tons of restaurants close by and the River is 3 blocks away. The best place to people watch is the Piazza Santa Maria Novella - just 3 blocks from the front door. The people who run it - Pierro and Marsala are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and good with the suggestions for anything we asked. On our last night there the gave a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. The place came with the usual amenities - bed, dresser, clothes closet, couch, TV, bathroom, small table and chairs, microwave and small fridge. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker but a coffee shop was just steps away. The price for this place was fair.

Horror and ashame of Florence. If you want loose your money, welcome to Relais Florence. The building was under water, now the walls smell mold. In the rooms they have air dryers trying to dry the oxygen, but it smells. When you decline to live there, they make no refundation, trying to find any reason (we do not know your card number, non-refundable tariff, you are only one, who has this problem, we work 18 years etc) not to pay you money back. I didnt live there and paid 162 EUR for nothing. My health costs more. Highly don't recommend this hotel!

Super friendly owner. Took a map and marked all the places that we needed to visit and also restaurants and the best gelateria. It really was one of the best that we had been to.
Great location, about 3 minutes walk from the station.

Bad location near the railway station in a criminal part of Florence. Very dangerous on the streets at night

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and welcoming. There is no breakfast, but this is no problem since in every corner in Florence there are good bakery's and patisseries. The room has a microwave and they provide plates if asked. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend.
